This place was delicious and super reasonably priced. I got the gooey butter cake and it was a perfect ice cream take on the very trendy dessert. Highly recommend as a sweet spot to cool down while you’re shopping or as an after dinner treat. We were there on a Friday night and still found seats for four.
An impulse stop on a hot resulted in a delicious experience! A wide range of flavors, high quality and a liberal tasting policy combined for a wonderful visit!

Awesome local icecream place. I had the vanilla bean honey, Frosé rose, and caramel. All have been so good I don't have to sample beforehand. I like the piece of the waffle that came with it!
As a Columbus native, I grew up with Jenis so I might be a bit biased, but honestly you can’t get the same quality of ice cream or flavors anywhere else.
I came to Jeni’s for the first time and everything was going great until the end. After getting my ice cream from the really nice employee, I was standing with my friends on the side enjoying my ice cream until someone physically harassed me. I respectfully and calmly asked the guy why did he do that (he intentionally pushed me very hard while walking by) and then the manager (I’m not 100% sure she was the manager), came and aggressively yelled at me saying to get out of the shop, kicking me out. My friend responded to her by saying that she doesn’t even know what happened and she said she didn’t care and I needed to leave. As an owner of multiple business, this is definitely not the proper way to interact with customers (we spent a total of around $75). I understand that the manager didn’t want any problems in the store, but she could’ve approached me in a more respectful and professional manner. I was having a good experience until then, but I’m now very disappointed with the way I’ve been treated at Jeni’s and will never come back
I have been to many Jeni's Ice Creams. Lived in Columbus, OH where the chain first started. The Domain location by far is the absolute skimpiest when it comes to serving ice cream. I ordered two scoops and they were each the size of a table tennis ball - at best. Management needs to re-train how to scoop ice cream, as charging what they do for fancy ice cream and receiving maybe 1/4 of a cup total is absurd. Next time I'll take a picture because it was comical how small each scoop was.
Visited this place while on vacation from North Carolina. Ice cream flavors were ok. I had the pineapple upside down which was more salt than sweet. Brown butter almond brittle was good and sweet. They did not have the best service.
Don't let the line stop you - the staff is efficient and it moves quickly. The unique and delicious ice cream options are worth the small wait! Only took off a star for the waffle cone because I prefer a sweet cone and it was truly neutral, if not a little savory.
Went today with my family and terrible! I think they have new people working. Just a little tiny scoop for ice cream. I want my money back or at least a decent portion
