This place is HEAVENLY! The customer service is beyond fantastic and the food is to literally die for! First pic is El pastor tacos were flavorful with spice and everything nice, second is Flautas crispy fried Tortillas with the perfect seasoned chicken and rice (I did no beans extra rice), third enchiladas which were cheesy and soft with such rich flavor.

We were looking forward to eating here, have heard good things about it, however we waited 10 min and no service. Servers walked passed us and a sweet bus boy tried to find someone to wait on us.Not a very good first impression... sadly. If the service was like this, then what did that say about the food?

We were looking for a breakfast place nearby while we were running errands. I noticed this place had good reviews and decided to stop in. There was a be help wanted sign on the front, so I figured they might be short staffed. We were immediately seated, but took a few minutes before the server realized we were waiting for him. He took our drink order and brought drinks back. I ordered a chorizo taco and and omelette with fajita. They were fast bringing our food out after we ordered it. The first thing that was very disappointing was the tortillas are not homemade. Why would not just make tortillas? The tortillas had very little color on them. The refried beans were bland and tasted like they came from a can. The salsa was good, but could have been a tad bit spicier. You could get "breakfast chips and salsa" for $1. I am not sure who orders chips and salsa for a dollar for breakfast, but sill you would have to pay for them when most of the times it is free at other places. I was impressed this place actually used cheddar cheese on their tacos. Many other places use American cheese (Some folks like to call it "government cheese".) and try to call it authentic. The potatoes were crispy, but needed a tad bit more seasoning. They did bring us extra tortillas, but after realizing the tortillas were not homemade, I did not go after a second tortilla. The food was descent. I was not too impressed with our breakfast as I expected a little more.

Very bad service by Ana. She never smiled. I sat at my table for 15 min. with chips and salsa, no water and no menu. When she finally brought me a menu, she came back in 5 min. and asked me if I was ready. I told her not yet. Then she left me sitting there. Finally took my order and my food came, I sat there with no silverware. She never refilled my tea. I never got the water I asked for. When I was obviously finished eating, I sat there and she was no where to be found. Then I had to ask another waitress for my check. After all of this waiting, it was about 2pm. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, and she was no where. When she came back to my table, she tried to take my dessert away when I wasn't finished, and she tried to take the check that I had not signed yet. I told her I was not done with it yet. I was contemplating if she deserved a tip at all. Then, she had the nerve to come back and rush me and ask for me to sign the ticket. She didn't deserve a tip at all, but I had never done that before, so she got a small one, as she took the ticket out of my hand. This was my first time at this location and I only live 2 miles away, but I will never be back. She doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Our waitress was so pleasant and inviting. My friend and I were visiting from out of town so we had never been here so we took awhile deciding and the waitress was so patient it helped me not feel stressed about taking a moment. The mole poblano was DELICIOUS and she even brought out a side of onion for me. The drinks were also so good. My friend and I got a total of 4 cocktails and they were all well priced and delicious. Next time I visit Austin I'm going here again!

Great food Best margaritas. Loved the chicken enchiladas ,enchiladas suizas

The absolute worst experience. The food was not only salty and disgusting, my son got food poisoning. When we called to let them know after he got sick the young woman who answered said her father was the owner and she didn’t care that the food made a child ill. She said if we had a problem with it we didn’t have to come back. I am shocked that this happened and wanted to warn my neighbors.

Been coming to this spot for a long time and in the last 6 months the food quality has gone way downhill. Never get everything I order for takeout. Product quality is desperately lacking. Beans dry and so is the rice. Guess we'll be going somewhere else from now on since they can never get it right anymore.

I was dying for some Mexican food and decided to order take out from here based on the reviews I read on Yelp. HUGE mistake! I ordered the Pechuga Jardin Corona. Normally we would not order anything close to $20 per plate for take out, but it was my birthday and the description sounded so good that I had to have it. My husband also ordered a specialty plate - Steak a la Jardin Corona. The description for both stated "lightly fried", however you could not even tell it was chicken or steak. Both were so disgusting and hard that the only thing that was not hard as a rock was the cheese and mushrooms. The beans - were almost GRAY. I was so sick to my stomach that I could not even eat my meal. My husband managed to choke down half of it - only because of the price he paid for it - and handed the remainder off to the dogs. This was on a Monday evening and we strongly believe that this food was from the weekend and reheated. There is no way that this was fresh and if it was, as claimed, the cook needs to be fired for serving such garbage. NEVER will we return to this establishment. Worst birthday meal EVER.

Customer service was great. Food was scrumptious! The price was right & very affordable. My first time eating there....definitely coming back!?
