Whew, where to begin. First and foremost the employees and manager are doing the best they can with the tools given to them. Sure you have employees that are half way in/out but you'll find that at every spot that has the average employee range of 16-22. The real problem seems to be with management that's not in the store. Not sure if this is corporate or franchise but you can tell it lacks leadership from above. Pressure usually moves down so it's a shame the lower paid employees including (I'm assuming) the store manager have to deal with that along with running a business. I hope changes happen because Jamba has been around in Austin forever and they are down to one store. That's simply not a manager problem but a higher up problem. I can promise you'll get a solid smoothie with a crew that is doing their best from what I've witnessed. Keep it up Mueller Jamba Crew and keep the good vibes going. It's your energy that's keeping this store afloat and that should be recognized.
I just tried to get a much wanted Smoothie, but one of your employees yelled “WE ARE CLOSED” right at 7pm when there were still people in line. I don’t think it’s good business to shut people out like this or close at 7pm on a Saturday. I’m not happy at all and don’t plan to ever try this business again.
I love jamba juice! There employees aren't really friendly? Like every time I go in there they immediately greet you saying how can I help you? But it feels rushed like they want you in and out fast. Which when I'm in a hurry it's great! But when I'm taking my time it's like they could care less ans want you out. Other than that the smoothies are amazing and the savory pretzel is always a great snack!
What Jamba Juice doesn't do pick up orders on the phone? Especially when the menu is simple enough. The reason they provided: shortstaffed. I believe the worker's name was Taylor. Simple solution: hire and train more customer driven employees. If I could rate ZERO STARS, I totally would.
Ordered the Caribbean passion, it's sooo delicious. Will be coming back here if I'm in the area, definitely recommend you to try it.

Sweet staff. They even knew how to make the electric berry lemonade even though it’s been off the menu for over a month or two. If not I always get the white gummi.
I wish I could give 0 stars. The place didn’t know we could order juices, we’re not ready to make a juice (orange carrot twist on the menu). I asked for juice and the lady’s expression was like as if I walked into HomeDepot and asked for Kebabs. Terrible service! DO NOT VISIT.
The acoustics are awful here. I would hate to be an employee. The pretzels are great and the smoothies are amazing.
