Chickpea dish was out of this world (coming from someone who eats chickpeas almost daily). Rich caramelized vegetable flavors and tons of delicious roasted garlic. Unique and way above average. Will absolutely be back.
Got the empanadas and fries- they were amazing! The owner gave us a sample of the brisket before we ordered and was very nice. Great food and service!
Alon is incredibly friendly + passionate about the recipes he offers & cared about our experience / enjoyment of the food more than any other food truck operator I have met.The food itself was great as well and worthy of 5 stars. I was a bit skeptical when I saw how many different types of cuisine were offered but gave it a try & was glad I did.Will definitely be back in the future when in the area again.
This place is the BEST. I’ve had a handful of meals now and everything has been phenomenal. Alon is the owner and if you get a chance to chat with him you will realize why the food is so good. He’s so passionate about what he does!
Best food truck you'll ever try! Alon is a great guy, so accommodating if you have food allergies or whatnot and the food was phenomenal! I can't wait to go back!
My mouth is still watering over the chick pea dish. Seriously don’t think I’ve ever made the face I did when I tried that dish - the flavor!!Must stop at this truck!
This is a must try in Austin! Alon and his wife are incredibly talented chefs and their passion for high quality, homemade food shows in each and every dish they made. Our absolute favorite was the etoufee (which came with a large serving of FRESH cornbread!) but we also had the Chinese dumplings and brisket tacos, which were both excellent. We wish we had room to try even more! Such a fun spot and highly recommend!
Awesome. They put so much love into their food. The dumplings, fries, and Argentinian empanadas were fabulous and all the sauces were packed with flavor, too. The brisket tacos were more tacos than expected- the brisket is brined and has a pastrami-like quality, and it has a potato hash and egg and pickles and crema, but the owner explained everything beforehand so we could customize if we wanted. I said I want your reco and it did not disappoint. I’ll be back.
This is the best food truck I have ever eaten at. The dumplings are the best I’ve ever had, the brisket hash is unbelievable, and the grilled cheese with the figs is the best grilled cheese in the world. Everything on this menu is straight fire and the portions are massive and a great value. A must-try in Austin.
