Best burgers ever!!!!!!!!!
I love that the food is fresh and the menu is limited which makes it super easy to order, especially for super indecisive women like me.The fryers are dedicated gluten free, love that. The one qualm I have is the fries, which is my main favorite food at fast food restaurants so if the fries aren't great, I'm not choosing to go there on any given day. I, and I've heard from many others as well, like my fries crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a nice flavor. The fries at In-N-Out are anything but. They're always almost stale tasting with a very dry texture. I tried getting them "well done" because I was told they'd be better that way, but they ended up having the same texture with a burnt taste instead.Change the fry recipe and I'd try it again.
Could not believe Austin had more than 1 In & Out. Food is prepared quickly and is fresh and delicious.
Great burger as always, overcooked fries. Clean, fast, will run.
Originally from California this place brings back so many memories of my childhood days grabbing a burger with the family. I mean you can’t beat a double double for $3.90. So yummy and plenty to fill your belly.
Noone took my order,then when I ordered, didn't ask me what size of shake. Then the cashier, told me to park in the handicap parking area.. waited . Then an associate brought Me, & I asked him 2 hamburgers ,1fries.& ketchup He said. YES - I opened the bag NO ketchup, & the fries was cold & burnt,- I walked in asked the lady, would you accept / eat this.?She didn't want to give me an answer yes or no..she kept on saying is it cold, & then said anything else I can do. I just kept on looking at her. SHE DID give me a fresh, hot fries & ketchup. Thank you
Absolutely Terrible! Both burgers had a full piece of wax paper not removed I guess while making the burger. Both my wife and I had to take the burgers apart to remove it. AND THE FRIES!?! Wow nasty comes to mind. Just a guess but if you shortcut the the fry time you get customers through faster.Fries should be crispy not soggy.IN N out was one of my wife's and I only fast food chains we still ate at. But never again. Just as bad as the rest!
Everytimes we have visited any In- N-Out burger locations, the foods are perfect. We can't wait for them to open their Honolulu location. We're sure they will do very well wherever they are. They're in a perfect location.Welcome to Honolulu, Hawaii!!!!
