I would like to give a NEGATIVE -10Worse service ever the greeter didn't even greet us properly, he acted as if we were bothering him. We sit down and NO one comes to greet us or take a drink order. They were in the back laughing drinking and again NO one said anything. We get up to leave, making eye contact and again NO one said anything. NEVER AGAIN.

The food was very delicious. The server Christian was very welcoming and had good suggestions. He was funny and we felt as if we had known him for a while.
As far as ihops go, this one is ok. Did an old fashion study run( where you sit and have coffee while reading and order an hour later) and they treated me really well. Nice to know you can still do that. The location itself is a bit run down and the bathroom only had one toilet, but you could do worse as far as restaurants in the area.
Our waitress was extremely lovely and had a very sunny disposition that made it easy to talk to her. The establishment was clean and well taken care of and our food was amazing and came out warm.
We went to the one on Duval and 183 , the older black lady is awesome, her service was super. Food was fast and delicious. We went at dinner time but ordered breakfast.
Great service with a family like atmosphere. The manager greeted everyone, and made you feel welcomed. The food took quite a while to receive but it was worth the wait.
Got my brunch burger with no cheese or fried egg, but surprisingly lettuce, onion, tomato and some mystery sauce on it instead? It still somehow had the hash brown, which made this burger much more disgusting. Very unfortunate experience, especially since no one has answered the phone when I called to have this resolved. I should and will contact corporate.
Open on Thanksgiving and made our food delicious. I really do appreciate you guys. We don't have family nearby and currently can't afford to cook anything this holiday, so when we saw you were available for delivery, we took our chances. Thank you SO much <3
