We picked up the order at this location. The food was good and still warm, however although we ordered two of the exact same meal, there was no French toast in the second meal. Also I was a bit concerned the togo orders were placed on a shelf along with the orders for uber eats and other delivery persons and there was no check out or order confirmation process. I walked up, grabbed the order with my name and walked out. Not one employee even attempted to validate who I was or which order I was picking up. Hopefully no one takes advantage of their lax togo food pickup process.
Chose pickup as was staying right next door @ the Best Western & missed the free breakfast. Had a question while placing online order so called number online & after holding for almost 10 minutes I hung up....so much 4 convenience. Ended up having to go in. Biiiiggg mistake. This place is sooooo small! Reminds me of the old diners bak in NJ....like a small caboose. As far as my order goes; well here's the explanation I was given, by a server, for noone answering my call, as she steps behind the register & points to the carpet "OH...I don't know what happened but maybe it's 'cos when we step right here it disconnects the line or something....I dunno.....???". Seriously? I was like...ummmmm....wow. ok...well maybe the # online is incorrect? So I ask. 2ND MISTAKE
Ihop tells Grubhub drivers to park in curbside spots and text the store. Got there at 8:30PM and waited with no text back, employee let me know the spots are for curbside only that delivery comes in and they can't do curbside at night.
The African American waiter that I guess works the late shift. Like midnight on, is the rudest person I have ever seen in the food industry. Words cannot express this. I will not be coming back ever! Please find better help. There are people looking for work constantly!
I just left this place it was literally was the worst customer Service ever. I stood there for 10-15 mins without a single acknowledgement aside from the woman who kept saying I’ll get with you soon. All I was doing was coming and pick some food up. If they ask me how could they help me I could’ve been gone in less than 3 mins. But the sheer fact they didn’t want to know why I was there for is very concerning also my food had sat there on the counter the whole entire time. I asked for a refund and will truly not order food from them ever again. I assume the lady that I spoke to was the manager. This place needs to be closed down.
I think that the tables should be cleaned better or use different types of chemicals that do not make the table feel sticky and the floor should be cleaned more often because they look very dirty. When you go to eat at a place you want to see it clean and that inspires you that you are not going to get an infection or that you are going to get sick due to lack of cleanliness
Waited a whole hour and a half to order and get my food. Then i asked for hot syrup and was told the manager at that location refuses to allow them to give to customers.
The most unprofessional ihop I’ve ever been to. The kitchen staff don’t use gloves to handle food. The server was chasing her barefoot toddler around the ihop. At first I thought she was just visiting one of the staff members but when the food was ready to serve she went to go get the plates to serve after she’d been handling her kid who at that point was standing on a table. We left with concerns for sanitation.
"If it's this bad out here, imagine the kitchen..."We left before anyone came to see us and it wasn't a very hasty decision. Nearly every table still had the dishes from previous diners and the floor was literally littered. I'll be honest, I don't expect anything in the way of fine dining from IHOP but this was two floors down from the basement.
That meal was hot and delicious and hit the spot. Tasha was super helpful and made sure everyone that was there was taken care of. Thank you!
