Poor service from the beginning. Serving coffee took a long time then 1 cup had lipstick on it. No problem had her take it back. Then it took forever to get our breakfast for two. Other tables seated after our order was taken were served their food with 4 or more guests sooner than us, different server of course. Then our server came by and said she would check on our food. 20 minutes later she arrived with our food and the check. I guess she gave up. Not once would she come by and see if we needed anything else or were happy with our food. She wouldn’t even collect the check so we could leave. So we got up and stood by the cashier and finally she took payment.To say the least I could tell the food was reheated. It’s really too bad people like her work at IHOP and give them a bad reputation. She was tall very fat had a shaved head and tattoos all on her arms. People nowadays just have no respect for themselves how can they have respect for their job. That person needs a job at a flower shop or something. Because if I ever walk into a IHOP restaurant again and see her I will let management know why I am leaving and won’t be back.
Each year IHOP seems to raise their prices on their food it's getting to be where I can't really afford it no more with the family of seven the food though is out of this world good
Love this IHOP. It’s right off Mopac so is always an easy exit and then back on. Food is always good and hot. Service isn’t bad either. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Good selection on the menu also.
You obviously have to give an all day breakfast joint 5 stars. I wanted to give this place a review a few years ago, but I was waiting for em to change that dirty smelling carpet they had. They changed the carpet to floors and the stench went away. Good job owners! Just have your cooks wear hair nets, cause my grandma had a hair in the edge of her plate in x the bacon n hash brown.
Food was as good as usual but sadly they only had one server running around with her head cut off trying to see, serve and take care of receipts for the entire restaurant. They should have closed or tried to call him or help

Tried to call in an order, after 6 min hold it went to voice-mail. To my surprise when I showed up the store wasn't busy at all. The employee acted as if my presence was putting her out or something. Bothered me enough to write this review. Very poor customer service

Although our wait time for the food was a bit long, the food was well worth it. The cook did a great job. Everything was tasty. The two waitresses there did the best the could to keep things moving.
We were seated right away, the speed of service was pretty good, the food was good. But the best part was our sweet, and thorough server. Her name was Giselle. She had a pushy manager who was constantly calling out her name to do this and that and another server who was all sweaty and rude as heck and pregnant. I would not be able to work like that personally but she did it and did it with ease.
