I was on a dog rescue transport and we picked this location for a meet spot. The traffic was so awful (as usual through Austin on I-35) and I really needed to use the facilities. I went it and asked permission from this beautiful lady (I did not get her name) if I may use the restroom. She was so nice to me. As I was leaving I thanked her and told her I appreciated her (I did not purchase anything). SHE THANKED ME FOR ASKING PERMISSION TO USE THE RESTROOM!!!!!I hope she reads this so she can pat herself on the back for being a decent human being and a beautiful person.AND I hope MANAGEMENT appreciates her above and beyond being an employee.
This place has gone downhill. Came in at 10:00pm Friday night and the waitress wasn’t rude but very inattentive. The food was Luke warm, chicken strips were hard as rocks you could use bits as toothpicks, I never got my full order but was charged for it. Waitress didn’t check up with our table and only stopped to give a receipt. We hunted down the condiments for our table behind their counter. She gave 1 straw for three drinks.Cook was blasting rap with explicit words and while leaving, there was a guy slumped on the bench looking like he was overdosed. AVOID.
I don't like to post negative reviews, but here we are. Firstly, the staff is friendly and the food is normal IHOP food. However, the restaurant is showing its age and is pretty dingy and dirty. The restrooms belong in the Stephen King novel, and you should have avoid those if you were planning on eating your dinner after
I know that things are slow however, we stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes the cook seen us but no wait staff to be seen,there was no customers in there, the food was unseasoned and nasty, and why would a restaurant not have tea? The coffee was old and the soda was flat, the waitress was pleasant
The place it's good not great the restrooms are not clean, the place is not clean like it supposed to be, the waitress was great even though at first she looked a little mad she was good after all. We stayed a while in a pretty small table but everything was good. Except for the spots I couldn't stop looking at lol
Food was ok order a Medium T-Bone ? with Eggs ? and Bacon ? on the side , Steak ? come well done and Hard was not to good :(Eggs come with the steak after when i done eating come the other eggs ? the bacon ? never come , service take to long The server looks like he is lost in the space ? even for take the bill was long wait , also my bill come only with the total i not sure what they charge me , just some experience that i have there was not too good I usually give good reviews but this one was not too good , thank you anyway
Absolutely poor service just to be seated. There are people waiting on their pick up orders. Tables open , tables dirty, to be told 30 min wait on a slow night. TAYLOR w green hair MANAGER , HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE. would tell us one sec we WILL be seated ONLY to leave and never return. We are leaving like these other 2 groups. Try harder IHOP. Until then we will not return to once a classic American restaurant. All they have to do is care about these few guests. Starts at the door with no one to greet.
If I could give a 0 I would. Service was absolutely horrible. We walked in staff looked our way, never acknowledged we were there. Took 20-25 minutes before they even told us someone would help us. After that, they sat us down it took another 25 minutes before anyone came back. I had to go look for a waitress to let her know we were ready to order. She asked me to give her a few minutes after I had given them 25 minutes atleast. She came back another 15-20 minutes later to take our drink order. She came back with our drinks 10 minutes before our meal. It wasn't even that busy in there if there were 4 tables occupied with average of 3 to 4 people for them to take that long. If they had people waiting in line outside I would understand that was not the case at all. Our experience was horrible They need several hours or days of hospitality training or something.
The food is delicious! The waiters are attentive and friendly! Everywhere is clean and tidy! Recommend ??
I just want to say this was the absolute WORST service I ever received. The manager named Taylor gave us her incorrect name. Once she took our order she came 30 minutes later and asked us to reorder before another table could order. Then she was cutting us off mid sentence! She was extremely RUDE. I asked to speak to someone higher and she refused to give me any info. When she was checking us out she was like “you guys done?” And just stood there when we were still eating. 10/10 do not recommend!
