No joke waited 10 minutes to get seated only to learn that the people sitting at the entrance bench were waiting for almost 20. The restaurant wasn't busy but for about 5 tables and there were plenty of staff to handle but even though eye contact was made, no acknowledgment of having anyone coming to seat us. We turned to leave in disgust and waitress was perplexed that we were leaving andaskedtoverify. I said I had to go back to work and couldn't waste anymore time waiting at the door.
I ordered online and picked up. My order was right and ready on time and almost all of it was good. The eggs had the weirdest taste....like cat litter smells...but the rest of it was delish. It was hot and fresh.
Friday night. 3 parties waiting. I am at the counter waiting to be greeted for about 10 minutes. This zombie of a server comes up, checks the list, calls the next party, completely ignores me. 3 more servers in the restaurant. All ignore the front counter.In the business we call this negligent service. Negligent service indicates negligent management. I do not want to know what happens in that kitchen.
Even though this IHOP was short staff the waitress that served us was friendly and attentive with all of her customers. The food was good and came out hot. The restaurant could have used some cleaning but it is understandable when you don't have enough staff.
We were here for 1hr waiting for our food. An entire restaurant turned over at lease 1 time. No help from the manager, food was cold when it came out. Wasn’t offered refills the entire time. The waitress stopped by 2 times and did not check to make sure that the food was okay. The manager was very unhelpful. The table next to us waited 30 minutes for their drinks. Just go to Whataburger…..
We went here at 1am because it was the only restaurant open at the time, but the food and service were great! Would probably come back at a normal time of day because the experience was good.
Very disappointed we were asked to pay when we ordered breakfast because it was the end of his shift and he was ready to go home. The people that came in after us had to go to the kitchen to find someone to seat them. The eggs were under cooked but I ate them and didn't complain.
Ordered the create your own crepe combo through Uber eats. All I got was some empty crepes! No strawberries and crème. No bacon, eggs or hash browns. It’s bad enough I have to pay extra taxes and fees, delivery charges that aren’t refunded! But to get a meal that isn’t even edible I literally gave my hard earned money away for nothing! Then they don’t even answer the phone this is very disappointing!
Ordered a strawberry crepe combo meal last night on top of a side of pancakes, and a breakfast sampler on UberEats. They took over an hour to prepare the food and help the driver once he arrived on top of FORGETTING or purposely not including the entire side order, the strawberry’s for the crepe, and the hash browns/sausage/eggs for the crepe combo. We tried getting help for this issue but I wouldn’t recommend this location given that they already have poor reviews for customer service. Cant say I’m surprised they messed up almost our entire order after reading reviews. I don’t ever leave comments like this one on anything and try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is just pathetic.
