Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. They compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure!Everything at the hotel was wonderful aside from the stained floors/carpets in the room. I would definitely stay there again. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food from the bar is pretty good considering it's bar food.

I checked in online several hours before arriving and yet this is the room I was given (click on review to see pictures). There were stains of unknown substances from floor to ceiling. The smell of mold greeted me at door of the hotel room. On top of that, I was concerned about my vehicle and the safety of the area. My colleague said the Double Tree near Pappadeux's is better. Save your time, money, and potential hassle.

The worst holiday inn I’ve ever stayed in and I travel at least twice a month for work. The Wi-Fi was awful and kicked me off every few minutes, the toilet runs all night, but don’t worry you won’t hear it because I’ve currently been awake all night because of the ridiculously loud cricket in my room somewhere. The room is falling apart and it’s in an area that feels so unsafe. Will never stay here again and will put on my “do not recommend” list for my work colleagues.

Large if basic rooms, and location reasonably convenient. But service almost - almost! - nonexistent. One over-worked receptionist to check in a coachful of around 50 people - and there were problems with the reservation. Took me 25 mins to get my room key working again. Can't have that. No staff around, no security, nothing. Not even a porter.

You can tell the age of the hotel but I gave it I higher rating because I slept so well as it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My one and only gripe or problem is the lighting in the room is so dark I couldn't even shave in the bathroom. My cell phone adjusted the light in the pictures to make it look a lot brighter than what it actually was.The lighting in the hotel room is impossible to read by or do any work unless you're staring at a computer screen. It would have been a higher rating if the lighting was better in the room.Breakfast was very good, so was the sandwich I got for dinner but the restaurant is not open during dinner as they don't have enough staff like most places, not being their fault instead the fault of lazy people deciding not to work. It seems to be a very big trend in my state capital for laziness but that's a whole nother subject. The restaurant is closed for dining at night but at least you can order at the little bar and they bring it to you. I had a club sandwich and it was very good.So like I said I probably will try this again.

The rooms are very clean. The Hotel is in okay shape but totally fine. The fitness center is super spacey and gives you all the tools you need for a good workout. But the real deal is the breakfast. Very well organized and all that stuff you need to get a healthy breakfast.

The hotel should put some effort into maintaining the grounds around the parking lot. Lots of weeds and lack of lighting stone the area makes it feel unsafe for guests. There are also homeless camps a few meters from the parking lot, which I understand the hotel can do little about however still make the guests feel unsafe nonetheless.

I found the hotel to be of average quality. I was placed in a room on the second floor that was of good size, but had issues. First, the HVAC would not shut off. The unit continuously ran on AC. While welcomed in hot months, the room was a frigid 63. Second, the room must have been configured for a disabled person at one time, everything is short. When you are exceptionally tall this is an issue. It was not labeled as handicap. Third, the services were lacking. Food quality was substandard (gas station quality) and in five days room service never came by a single time. I had to ask front desk for towels and they dropped them just inside the door. So the pile in the bathroom were smelly on day 5.

Lots of mold in the bathroom. Looks like it has been there a long time. See pictures. Room 802. I told the front desk about the mold and showed them pictures. They said they would note it. Room had one hanger. Requested more hanger and extra towels. They were never delivered. Had to go to the front desk in person the next day to get hangers and towels. Except for the bathroom cleanliness issues, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
