Absolutely incredible dining experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive. We did the tasting menu for my 40th birthday celebration and it was amazing! The atmosphere was awesome: great view of the kitchen and 90s hip hop playing just loud enough to enjoy it. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!!

The food was outstanding at this establishment. A feast for the eyes as well as the stomach! The Staff was well versed and accommodated our friend who had a gluten allergy.
Service is fantastic as it is attentive and most of all helpful in describing each dish and the best way to eat it. Beef tartare, pork chop and the bread are all divine. The oysters with the cherry cream were unique and tasty. Great spot for a special occasion given the price, but it delivers
First time at Hestia to celebrate a work event with a couple of colleagues. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. We ordered some cocktails and a few appetizers, which were good. However, the entrees and desserts got mixed reviews, especially the pork dish which was fatty with half of it simply not edible - too fatty and a bit "stringy" for anyone's taste. The service was just OK - a bit slow, a bit "self-impressed", and quite indifferent to our pointing out the inedible cut of pork. We were also hit up to donate to some local cause/lottery when the bill was presented, which we thought was quite odd. Finally, we also had the front seats to a small drunken spectacle when a group of diners started passing around a carafe and pouring alcohol into each other's mouths while spilling some of the booze on people at tables nearby. So no, I would not recommend Hestia or go back any time soon. It was not value for the money.
They restaurant seems more impressed by themselves. They should focus more on the flavors and then work on presentation. Over over over priced for the quality/taste. The service is as for the most part impeccable but little things like hand towels being out in the restroom or having to ask for water or other items is not expected when you are spending hundreds on your meal. Iâd suggest you wait and go somewhere else and maybe they can make improvements.

Great date night spot. Location is perfect. Youâre in downtown but donât feel like it. Food and service is outstanding.
