I thought I had Covid but it ended up being a negative test. It turns out that this food has no flavor ?‍♂️ in all honesty though the food wasn’t very good. The fries don’t come with the meals and they cost $4 extra. That’s actually a ton for potato’s. And they’re a super small portion. Then they add this weird powder to them and it’s not even a good seasoning. Totally flavorless. Next up: they actually don’t ever tend to the people getting takeout. People just leave the line instead of waiting because it’s so bad. I feel bad for them because they’re waiting so long and little do they know they will receive the worst food in the whole airport. Let’s see what else can I complain about…. The server has the personality of a rock

I ate here on 5/6/22. Our server, Donnielle, was the worst server I have ever had in any restaurant. She was rude to all of us - making snide remarks about our orders, and rolling her eyes when we asked for ketchup. One of my colleagues ordered a Coke, and was brought a Diet Coke, and then was told that she brought her a Diet because the Coke machine was out. Very strange. She acted as if we were inconveniencing her time. I know that it is tough to find good workers right now, but this establishment would be much better off by letting this bad server go.

Christian G. was Awesome! Absolutely, excellent and goes above and beyond to be 1 of the only 2 servers. And, you can tell he’s dedicated to customer service.Was running late for a flight that I missed and had a really bad mental breakdown for; was super anxious and a sweaty and heavy breathing mess. I sat in line trying to get help feeling light headed for about nearly 10 mins. Finally I went to the bar area and (I like the manager said her was Jennifer) grabbed her attention and asked for a cup of ice water; she seemed annoyed by it and said she’d get one. But, continued making alcoholic drinks for a good 5 minutes; so, finally I caught Christian’s attention; and we is such an angel. So excellent- truly! Literally stopped what he was doing grabbed me some water, and even took a moment to tell me to calm down, and was soo calm and cool about the situation. I really wanted to show him my gratitude and gave him a $10 for the water; wish I had more to give him. Like I told him it’s the little things! Excellent young man; and, when I told his Supervisor Dorris of how great he was I figured out he’s only been there for 1 week. And, it’s his second compliment! Wow! Looking at a future manager.Awesome job Christian G. I hope he sees this :)

TRUST WHAT THE OTHERS ARE SAYING IN THE REVIEWS:Waited to be seated, one of the services just said, take a seat anywhere. Sat down to a limited menu—ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich w/cheese and the Patty Melt.The fries were cold—-like refrigerant cold but cookedThe patty melt was a meat/cheese on two pieces of toast—coldThe grilled chicken came without cheese, it was cold!Told the server about the food—-he did take it back and tried to make it right. Cancelled the Patty Melt, got the chicken sandwich with a wam piece of cheese on a cold sandwich. Paid for the food but could not eat cold fold that is supposed to be warm. Hated not giving a tip, but the service rendered was below bad service not acknowledging the err of the food! Stood outside the restaurant and noticed the servers had to go back and assist the cooks with other orders. Recommend them replacing the contract with another vendor and until then, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE.

If I can rate it lower I would. On 4/15/22 @730am. I sat down and waited for 5 or so minutes. I noticed other people as well waiting to be served. I thought maybe you order at the bar because the two girls were behind the bar the whole time and then delivering drinks or food. So I walked up to the bar and BEFORE I even said anything the girl bit my head off and told me I needed to be patient and they were short staffed and told me to go back to my table. I did in fact do so, to gather my things. Another table got up and left when they heard the rudeness.As I was leaving she then turned her focus and rudeness to someone else and they were yelling loudly at each other, then he left.

Honestly it was just ok. Clean and well-kept spot. Quick to be seated and drinks came fast - getting my order took much longer than the crowd there would have indicated. Service was not the best - seemed pretty meh in general. I ordered a burger with sunnyside-egg and it was cooked properly but really lacked any type of seasoning outside of flavors from the ingredients themselves. The pricing was OK but you won't be missing out on anything if you decide to eat elsewhere in the airport.

Understaffed Waited for an hour just to order a take out order. There was food sitting on the counter waiting to be servered the entire time we waited to order. The food was for another take out order who had gone before us and they didnt get it until we got ours. The food isnt that great, theres plenty of other places to eat at the airport. Don't eat here.

I would have given ZERO. They made us wait ~20 mins in the line to place a to go order. No signs of anyone coming and taking an order. The server who is at the counter is behaving like we don’t even exist and the line is getting longer and longer. AVOID this place. Overall, pretty bad airport for food options.Update: So I waited about 35 mins in the line to place to go order and left as my flight was ready to boardThis is just a HORRIBLE place!!Do not do not go there

I thought this place looked good but ended up walking out after 20 minutes feeling like I wanted to throw a haymaker.The bartender Joe was slow and dude, generally you greet people in the order they arrive. I stood by the walk up counter to try and order something but after Joe hadn't addressed the other customer ahead of me for 10 minutes, I decided to take an open seat at the bar. Two other folks who'd been waiting with me did the same. Joe tended to them first and never even acknowledged my existence. After waiting another 10 minutes and feeling invisible to everyone there I left.Seriously Joe, you work at an airport. People have a finite amount of time they can wait around on your dawdling. Perhaps management is to blame for not staffing the establishment appropriately but good grief 20 minutes and not so much as a "hey I'll be with you in a minute" is unacceptable.

The bartender Cara was rude and cold. She took our order and talked to us with her backed turned to us the entire time. The bar area was a mess with broken cupboard doors and leaking fridge. I do not recommend coming here is you are stuck at the AUS airport.
