This was our first time at Hat Creek Burger Company, in Austin Texas. I have to say everything was wonderful. Our amazing and beautiful cashier was absolutely, positively friendly and so helpful. She didn't rush us through - and I thank her for that. Our cooks were so fantastic, and while one of our orders was wrong, the speed at which it was fixed and brought out with a smile and apology was so refreshing. And the play area for the kids! Oh my goodness. Sitting outside to eat while my little one got to play and socialize with other kids was beyond great! Kudos and hats off to everyone who gave us such a positive and fun experience. (Great experience occured Thursday, 21 April, 2022).
Good but not perfect burgers. But I like it that there are a lot of kids. That makes me feel young and peaceful.
As a vegetarian my review is kess useful but those who don't eat meat will like the black bean patty burger. It's very delicious. I tried the sweet potato fries and they were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The grilled cheese for the kiddos was also gooey and tasty. The best of course is their collection of sauces so don't forget to have those.
We love Hat Creek. Such a fun stop here whenever we are hanging at the Domain. Our daughter loves the playground and she loves their burgers.The employees always seem super friendly and tonight Ben at the front was exceptionally upbeat and kind despite them clearly being really really busy on a Tuesday night.

Me and The Wife Were In The Area and Located This Burger Dive ... Great Tasting Burgers ? Toasted Buns and Crispy Fries ? ? ... Would Suggest Drinking Some Sweet Tea ... Sooo Good ? ? Also , Patio Area Covered and Ready For Any Texas Weather and Has Two Sports TV 's. Kudos !
