Conveniently located Halal butchery in South Austin, allows me to avoid having to drive up to Parmer etc.
Fresh whole chicken meat. I like that the whole chicken is skinless and machine cut, so that we wont get any tiny pieces of bones while eating. Also i recommend to cut few batches of chicken in to small pieces as well. They cut in the size which is good for biryani, but not good for curry.

Great choice of halal beef, chicken, and goat. The price is good considering they do all the cleaning / removing skin and cut. The chicken itself is better than grocery store farmed chicken. I like now that they always have some stuff available on trays so I can pick without having to call ahead.
