I stopped by for lunch. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. I think that may have been the best spaghetti and meatballs I have had. There was a hint of spice and heat to them and I just loved them. WOW
Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff is why i give this place a decent review. The food presentation was really nice. My lasagna was very overcooked to the point that the noodles were hard and the ricotta was dried out. This wasn't a busy night so this was just a lack of attention in the kitchen. For the price point, i expected a little more flavor. I grew up eating homemade Italian-American food, so my expectations were quite high, and unfortunately not met. I would definitely try it again though, perhaps on a busier night.
Absolutely wonderful Italian spot near the triangle. Great service, atmosphere, and vibe. Inside and outside areas, full bar with a few beers on draft, happy hour is from 4-6, with daily specials.Really loved everything we ordered and can't wait to come back!

We have not only dined at Gusto but also used them to cater our wedding recently held in Austin TX. Catering for a large party is not a trivial task and Gusto absolutely nailed it. The food was outstanding and they were friendly, organized and easy to work with. Probably one of the best caterers we have ever worked with. In addition to that, the restaurant offers some of the best Italian food in Austin. Thank you!
Great food! Our party really enjoyed our time. Would recommend the food and drinks. For the price, we expected more, even a bread basket or something to snack on would have made the near triple digits more reasonable.
Friendly staff but portions are small for price.$28 for this gluten free bolognese carry out felt a bit like price gouging.
I just want to say a big “Thank you!” To Gusto for adding pasture raised chicken to their menu. Good for me, good for the planet. And oh, it’s really tasty with their very Italian wine list btw…
This is my favorite place to meet up with friends. Slow, easy, friendly service with good range of options in terms of wine. The fungi pizza and bolognese are delicious. And the fries! Dessert is not their strong suit. Love the patio.
Definitely a place you want to make a reservation ahead of time. Luckily, we were just 2 and someone was a no-show. Waitstaff & candlelit ambience were lovely. The funghi pizza was the highlight of the night, cannot recommend it enough!
