My Ruben was fantastic. Artichoke appetizer is special. I like the app ordering and payment system; easy to use and cool options. Parking is a bit dicey, but you can always find a spot on the road.

I’m new to Austin and just went to order takeout, not only was is this sandwich amazing, everyone was so so nice and the vibe was great. 10/10 recommend

Everything was amazing. Atmosphere and service were 11/10 from the jump and the spinach & artichoke bread bowl was phenomenal. Happy hour from 4-6: $1 off wells, drafts and select apps like the divine spinach and artichoke bread bowl. Paid less than $20 after a generous tip for a round of drinks and an appetizer that left us so full we barely finished it (but of course we did cause we’re aren’t criminals). We’ve been here twice in a week. Thanks for a great experience

Foods great, service is terrible. And they like it that way, arrogantly so. There's always dirty chickens on the patio too. If that's your vibe, this place for you. Charge for hot sauce, that's just rude.

Alright...it's hard for my heart to give this place a bad review because I've been going there for years and the food is amazing, but a few factors are really rough. First, the new system where you have to order completely through an app on your phone is time consuming and disappointing. I can imagine reasons for doing it, but it's not intuitive and really discourages sitting around and staying awhile (I usually come to a bar to disconnect from my phone). It makes for a difficult experience for older folks who aren't great at technology. Second, and maybe most concerning, is that a literal chicken flew onto our table and walked across our food and drinks, just as it got delivered. With bird flu making a comeback, it seems like a major health concern to have multiple chickens (I can typically handle the grackles) swooping in on your food. We asked a couple of the staff to try to get it out of the patio, one tried, but the other said "there's nothing we can do about it really...the chickens lived in this neighborhood before we got there". Luckily, they refunded our meal which I appreciated, but overall the chicken debacle really freaked me out and I won't return. It makes me sad because the sandwiches are soooo good (my favorite is the royale with brie), so maybe I could try takeout. Pleaseee get the bird situation figured out (maybe a tall gate to the patio and some netting over top?) ?

Nice place for a happy hour! Patron Shots with friends!!!

Incredible sandwich. The rye bread was amazingly fresh. Quite impressed.

I freaking love this place. We always go after a long Walnut Creek bike ride for soup and a breadbowl. The pro tip is to get a bread bowl and then get extra soup on the side!

Been coming here for years, definitely try the 512 IPA, great food, good service, love the atmosphere, so very East AustinIf you are ever in town gotta check this place out

I know this place is known for its sandwiches but I felt that they were just okay. The bread to fillings ratio was off for me. Not bad, but it wouldn't be my first choice to return to.
