First thing was underestimating how big these donuts were.These two donuts were amazing and filling, the PBJ was extremely sweet, the menu was packed with so many toppings and the person was explaining everything to me.Definitely want to explore this menu more and hit this place up more often now
We came back to Austin to visit family after six years, and the first stop (after family) was back to Gourdoughs! Happy to report nothing has changed! The doughnuts, trailer, and atmosphere are the same. I had the Nutty Valentine - Nutella and fresh strawberries, and my wife has Sarah's Joy - chocolate fudge icing, coconut filling, and topped with fresh coconut. What a treat! You know you've got a great doughnut when you need a fork & knife. Now it's going to be a fond memory again as we're back to New Jersey.
Super yummy. Had read about Gordoughs before coming into town, and was excited to try it. Definitely not disappointed. There were so many options, and of course I wanted to try them all. Don’t let your appetite deceive you, these donuts are big and rich so one is plenty. If you are driving here, be prepared to pay to park. Also be aware that it may be crowded, and since the donuts are fresh it may take a while to get your order.
This place is amazing. We got the motherclucker which is honey butter and tenders on a flaky donut as well as the squealing pig which is cream cheese, jalapeno jelly, grilled bacon and candied jalapenos on a flaky donut. Worth every penny. I would definitely return here again, the portion sizes were more than adequate for two people, and the food came out relatively quickly. 10/10.
They aren't kidding when they say fat donuts. These donuts were massive but it doesn't stop you from eating the entire thing. They have a great selection of different styles of donuts. I got the funky monkey, it was crazy good. I'd recommend getting a scoop of ice cream to go with it!There is a parking lot, outdoor seating and a Porta potty on location.

This was my first time to visit Gourdoughs and I was amazed. This is no doughnut shop like I had been to. The offerings are amazing like the tv cooking competition shows. Amazing place.
A must try in Austin! These donuts are easily sharable as they are large and heavy. We ordered the Son of a Peach and the Fat Elvis to split among 3 people and we couldn't finish them. Great for breakfast or dessert! They have outside patio-like seating typical for the area. You do have to pay to park in the lot but it is very inexpensive.
Best doughnuts ? ever. Any time were in Austin we stop by. Its always delicious. My favorite is the mother clucker. But they are all good. Why your waiting on your order walk down to the welcome to Austin sign and take a cool pic.
This place is a phenomenal donut shop! ? Gourdough's Big Fat Donuts has an absolutely delicious ? selection of overloaded donuts served from a middle-of-the-road ?️ RV! ? Definitely try the Blackout Donut (perfect for chocolate ? lovers and my brother described it as "the best donut he ever had") or Sara's Joy donut (perfect for coconut ? lovers). Service is quick! They have plenty of outdoor seating! I wish I came here more often!
