I've been to garrison before and chose them again for my birthday dinner. They really made it special by having a complimentary bottle of very good Frech champagne for us, personalized menu with my name and also complimentary desserts, even though we told them no need to since we had our own cake with us, but they still wanted to showcase their new desserts to our table. All plates were a hit, whole branzino was grilled to perfection with no butter of sauces to take away from the fish flavor as other places do. Porterhouse steak was a big hit also. To top if off service was exceptional, a rarity these days in austin restaurants. Jasper was our server and did a perfect job taking care of our table and dining needs Highly recommend.
We sat at the counter which allowed us to witness the beauty that is the team of Garrison. From start to finish, starters to dessert, the whole experience was deliciously memorable!

Like many reviews I read, the food and service were amazing. Just odd setting in the Fairmont hotel. It is pricey but all our entrees and apps were all delicious. Make sure to save room for the pecan soufflé!
Staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. They understand the menu inside and out and can answer any of your questions concerning the food. The food itself is one of the best in Austin and is definitely deserves more praise.
Great experience at Garrison for a business dinner. We tried almost everything on the menu including the 40oz ribeye, and it was all fantastic. Iâll definitely be back.
