I wanted to enjoy it. But the staff had her friends there, joking around. It felt like they were laughing [thought it was lame] that my mother and i stopped by. Overall, hire people who really care about your image. I like farrah but smh.
This place was terrible! The ice cream wasn’t anything special and it wasn’t as cold as I liked it. I like a real blizzard in my mouth with every bite but I got a cool breeze instead. Unacceptable. I will not be back.

I’ve always been a customer here and I really enjoyed the place. But recently going in there is a rude woman there with red hair, she said her name was Tara. Talk about the worst customer service. Very snobby and not professional. I will not be returning to this place no more knowing that woman works there. Also on y’alls Instagram I wrote a comment that someone doesn’t know how to spell and I get blocked for it? Sorry it’s unprofessional trying to run a page and can’t spell the owners name. I guess people can’t handle the truth.
Before trying out a business I check reviews first, I understand most businesses will get a couple bad reviews, there are some people you can’t please no matter what. I must say when I see a business with this many bad reviews it’s shocking! Sure some are from people who are only reviewing because of how negative, rude and disrespectful the owner was on Teen Mom but you can’t have this many negative reviews and some of them not be from real customers! Another thing to consider when deciding if you should give a business with so many bad reviews a try for yourself, is how the owner and/or manager respond to those bad reviews. Oh wow, the responses to some of the negative reviews from the owner of this business are so unprofessional! Out of all the reviews I’ve read on hundreds of businesses, I’ve never seen an owner respond in such an unprofessional manner as this one has! She pretty much calls some of them liars! Just a tip, when it comes to responding to negative reviews, instead of responding in an unprofessional manner and even insinuating some are lying, sometimes it’s best to say nothing at all! Based on the high volume of negative reviews and based on how the owner responded to some of those reviews in such an unprofessional manner, in my opinion it speaks volumes to how this business is ran and because of that I will not risk giving this business a try! *Just because an owner may be one of the most hated reality stars, doesn’t mean it should be expected that all the negative reviews are lies, if this business really deserved positive reviews they would out number the negative ones, because they don’t that tells me there really is issues here!!
Don’t listen to the bad reviews this place is great and the yogurt is great! Everything looks fresh and clean and the location is great as well. The bad reviews are just people hating on Farrah because they don’t like her. I think the service and the yogurt is great!
Good selection of flavors and the lady at the register was very nice and offered sample cups to try some new flavors. The cake batter and hazelnut gelato were my favorites. The place was clean and located in a really nice shopping center. I would recommend it and ignore the harsh reviews. People just have to hate.
Disgusting establishment.. Hair was in my yogurt and no one wears gloves before or after preparing food, after handling money, or going to the bathroom... Anyone that is saying nice things is clearly paid to do so. DON'T GO HERE
Yogurt wasn't bad, but I like other places better. It seemed a little on the icy side and melted more quickly than I thought it would. The options for flavors were a little odd, but it was a decent selection. I was hoping for more fruit toppings (I only saw 4, old strawberries), but we were in a little late I suppose. I know it's really picky, but the lighting seemed strange. It felt a little blue or something - just gave off an uncomfortable vibe. It was fine if you happen to be in the area and really have a craving for froyo, but I wouldn't seek it out.
Despite all the bad reviews I decided to try this place out. Being that I'm a fan of Teen Mom and of Farrah. I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews this place has a lot of options .It is located in a beautiful area and staff is very nice first thing I asked when I walked in is Farrah here? Unfortunately she was not. Farrah congratulations on your businesses wishing you and Sophia the very best! If I lived in Austin I would be there every other day LOL. However when I am in the Austin area I will definitely go by again!
