Charming little coffee/wine bar which feels cozy despite being right on Congress. Owners are Greek, as the name suggests, and they offer several Greek pastries and dishes. We came for the namesake freddo cappuccino and were pleasantly surprised - it was close to what we had in Greece. They apparently have numerous DJ nights, open mics, art sharing and more - and very good happy hour / discounted drink prices. Highly recommend!

First off, I've lived here for 10 yrs and have always loved this old house/location. I'm really glad that something is finally opened in it. A lot of the original components of the building were kept, which I love. There's tons of beautiful outdoor seating and even an upstairs seating area. The guy at the register was immediately outwardly friendly, and went above and beyond with everyone that walked in.I got the Freddo Panini which had great flavor and fresh ingredients. It was big enough to almost be two meals.Definitely highly recommend and plan to return

Super cute spot with great ambiance located at an old, iconic house close to downtown. Plenty of nice places to sit, two floor building with sitting spaces on both as well as outside. They have a good variety of offerings ranging from coffee to wine and beer as well as baguettes, pizza and Antonellis cheese and charcuterie.

Great vibe!Very nice and spacious historic house. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating.Menu with lots of options. Super friendly staff.Parking available. What else do you need! :)

They have a wide open menu of coffee and other delightful beverages.. and the food is packed with amazing tastes that really captures the culture. What a neat place! Freddo ATX is definitely going to be a place I come back to regularly. I just loved the atmosphere, and even though it was pretty busy for the grand opening weekend, I still found a good quiet place in a corner to read.Price wise, I thought the price matched the quality just right. The food is probably a little more than I would spend normally when I go out to a cafe to read, but everything was so delicious and the portion sizes generous. I didn't have the flat bread, but I saw a number of groups with them, and they're definitely a perfect sharing size for 3-4 people.I highly recommend giving this place a try!Other relevant info:Wifi: there is wifi and I didn't notice it to be too slow for typical web browsingParking: there is a small lot, but some of the spots are shared with the bank; it looked like there was a good amount of street parking near by

Everything about this place is incredible. The location is in a two-story Victorian era historical home, with seating available both outside and inside (both floors!). The coffee was also incredible. We ordered a Freddo cappuccino, and not only was it a tasty and energizing drink, but it was also a unique take on the cappuccino which I can't say I've ever had before. The base espresso was iced, but the milk and foam were crafted with this in mind, and it ended up putting a pretty nifty spin on a coffee classic.

I have been looking forward to the opening of Freddo ATX for a while. I live down the street, so now that it’s open, I was pleasantly surprised at how cute and cozy it is inside. I used to bank at this location many years ago, so to say that the interiors are much improved is an understatement:) This place will definitely be bumpin on warm days. I had a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They also have a large selection of beer and wine and a menu of snacks and sandwiches. There area many places to sit and socialize or find a quiet well lit spot to get some Work done. I look forward to returning.

Great seating options, breakfast, light lunch, coffee, an array of wine and beer too! Very friendly and fun staff. Great seating. wifi. Parking can get tricky.
