We celebrated a life at this location. The food was delicious. Brisket, pintos beans, potatoes salad and all the fixings.??

My family had the best Thanksgiving dinner, ever! The turkey was delicious and tender, and the seasoning was perfect in all of our dishes - sweet potatoes, green beans, gravy, and cornbread dressing! Thank you Fowler’s for making our dinner a success!

Love this place. Especially chicken barbecue (best barbecue sauce) and catfish. Sides are great too. Hits the spot every time I’m craving soul food!

Very welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful service. Food was excellent ?

Had the Fried Catfish. Portion was large and tasty. Sides of collard greens and green beans were very good.

Excellent food and service!!

A million thanks to the Best Binary/Forex Expert ever on Cryptocurrency (KYLA ANTHONY

So disappointing. I grew up eating soulfood and I really wanted to love this place, but the truth is that they're just not good cooks. Poor food quality, poor seasoning and mediocre ambiance.

Not sure why this place is so lowkey?? Catfish, potatoe salad and mac n cheese were awesome!!! Could use more cheese but the catfish was AMAZING! Flaky, crispy and the crust was connected to the catfish! I ordered the wings but got the catfish and it did NOT disappont. ?

Fowler’s Smoking Soul Food restaurant is one of the best BBQ spots in Austin. The soul food was delicious! I had the bbq plate, with the brisket and sausage and it was very savory and had great flavor. The seasoning and the portions were amazing. My daughter had the shrimp and fish, and allowed me to sample her plate, and it was very good too! The size of the establishment is really spacious, and would be great to have events. The staff is warm and friendly, and provided excellent service. Anytime I’m in the Austin area I will definitely be coming back. I would highly recommend this eatery to anyone who wants to find a great friendly/family Soul food restaurant in Austin.
