I have been going to this location for a while now. The last time I went the girl in the drive thru was unfriendly. I'm only giving 5 stars because Javier was very helpful and friendly. The chicken sandwich could be better. I feel like it wasn't fresh made. But this time service was much better.
It's just ok. Good value and taste. Reasonably priced; standard chix sandwich with tots for $9. The tots were lukewarm and not fresh; could be because I visited at 3pm on a Sunday. Worth another try.
It was decent enough but there wasn't anything that stood out to make it worth visiting again. The chicken sandwich with roast beef and Provolone along with the tater tots seemed as if they had sat under a warming lamp a little too long.I was expecting the food to be fresher as there are a couple of chicken places in the area and there needs to be something special that brings customers back.
Soooooo good!!! The drive through attendant was so incredibly friendly! She was worth the price of admission. Also, the cowboys was amazing!!!
I got tenders and tots. Might be the worst ones I have ever tasted from anywhere. No salt no flavor. Actually the tenders had this off flavor like almost freezer burnt. Trust me when I say you really want to skip this place. I don’t even leave reviews but I have to save you guys the money.
The chicken here is really good, but I feel like they're fryers don't get cleaned enough. The breading was dark, but the sandwich still tasted very good. I'd eat there again, if I was in the area.
Avoid at all costs, the most disappointing restaurant in Austin, without exaggeration. The chicken sandwiches look good, but is the most bland and uninspired abomination you will ever eat. Flyrite expects to sell flavorless sauces, horrendously fried chicken, unmelted cheese and some bacon on a sandwich for $15. Flyrite is the definition of a gentrified restaurant that just wants to make a profit, but has no care for the quality of the food in any regard.
A strange mixture of trying to act health conscious whilst simultaneously serving somewhat greasy fried chicken. Adding kale and carrots does not counteract the grease soaked bun. Tasty, but possibly confused.
The chicken appeared to be fresh but fried in old dirty oil. It had a very dark color to it like it had been overcooked. That wasn't the case, instead it had the taste of a fryer that hadn't been cleaned or changed in a long time.
Have you ever wanted an absolutely average chicken sandwich? Then look no further and head to your closest Flyrite! Not only will the flavor be absolutely average, you'll be wondering to yourself why you didn't just drive the extra few miles to get a Popeyes or Chick Fil A sandwich ?In all honesty, I love to support local eats but this is definitely not one of Austin's finest.
