Fast Food Chicken Shop

If you want to get drunk in an airport, then Austin is the place to be. However, if you would like to sit in a decent restaurant and eat decent food, it's not going to happen. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a tot. The bread was hard and cold, and the chicken was barely warm. The tots were cold and soggy.. $24?? What a joke! I guess their goal is to get you drunk and then you won't care what your food tastes like or how much it costs. Definitely not an airport of class.

I'd give them 0 if I could. The Filipino lady screamed at me saying "IM BY MYSELF HERE MAAM IM TRYING" when i only asked "Hi I was wondering if u had an order for Allysa as I've been waiting for 30 mins". She screamed at me and didn't say sorry for the inconvenience or whatever. The people (7 people) who's gotten their order ORDERED AFTER ME and I never got my order. And of course the receipt didn't print because their kiosk was having issues. BUNCH OF BS. Didn't even ask what my order was or anything.

Only eat here if you want to experience life in communist Russia. You wait in line for ~30 minutes because all self order machines are "broken" and the staff is moving slower than a snail. When you finally get to the counter they tell the people behind you that they're closing (early, if the posted times are to be trusted, this was ~4pm). From my entire order items were missing and the delivered ones are extremely poor quality. The airport administration will do a strategically good move to close this store and open something else instead. Even Taco Bell would be better than this p.o.s. of store and service

Just ordered at the Austin airport. They had our order sit forever right in front of us and never called our number. To add insult to injury they shortchanged us one sandwich and didn’t add any sauces. Couldn’t go back as it is past security. The chicken is actually pretty bad too

Lost my order, then messed it up when they finally gave it to me. They only have two sandwiches and they didn’t even get that part right. Cold chicken sandwich, no flavor and even forgot to add the sauce on the sandwich so I had to go back to get it. Slow service and rude staff.

Chicken was tasty and the bbq sauce was good but the tots were soggy and the bun was off. Don't know how to describe it. It was not "bad" but it was also not good.Service was quick for how busy it was.

My girlfriend and I tried flyrite’s cowboy sandwich and at first we were suppressed by how good it looks but after two bites we’d discovered that her sandwich was undercooked and cold. When she went to tell the counter they argued with her that she’d eaten some of it. I’d suggest eating somewhere else.

Very good sandwich. Tater tots were decent. Price is right. Don't understand the other negative reviews. The BBQ restaurant in front, sucks big time.

Decent chicken sandwich but, the tater tots were terrible. Service was ok, nothing special and not terrible.

Im gonna give it 3 stars but really it should be half of that...lol! Well it was mainly because another visit to AUS airport and yet another dissapointment with its Eateries! I suppose some appreciate that they went with local options, but really and truly they should've gone with BRANDS the world knows, because at least you know what to expect. Here at the airport, I have to look up every name online and figure out their menu, when in reality ...(like it happened with this place), they only give you two options and have NONE of the extras that they might have out there in "the real" restaurants, that are perhaps what made them popular in the first place. So it totally defeats the purpose and invalidates why they mightve been invited to set up shop at Airport. And so here what I got instead of sandwich I wanted (from online menu) was an almost cold chicken (non-spicy) breast and again, had zero options of sauces to add any kind of flavor to it..so thats all they have and you can either take it or kiss their you know what....lol! Oh and btw...I dared to not order from the self order screen and went to order to the register and I can tell the Asian girl kind of resented me "a little"..(but she still tried to be polite)...lol!
