I live nearby and have come here quite a bit. The food is good but the service is usually slow and regularly something about the order is missing or wrong. I would like to think it will improve but it’s pretty much been this way since they opened.

First time was pleasant. Good tasting food and healthy looking and tasty slaw. Prices are seasonable! Will be back. My toddler loves his tots and tenders! I am glad they also have natural no sugar added juice.

The quality of the chicken is amazing. Honestly it is way better than chikfila. I tried it for the first time a few days ago and now I am obsessed ? My only thing is please fill up my fries other than that no issues ?

The service was good, the tacos delish, however I tried the Southwest Salad for first time, what I disliked was the too tart, red tomatoe, smushy qinoa. Also getting only 4-5, not even the size of a pea, chicken slivers set me back from recomending that dish. Doesnt mean I wont go back and try the other salads or eat more tacos.

I try to not be negative about places but some places need to be taken out back and put out of their misery. 2 stars for the fast drive through. 1 star for the flavor. Presentation and temp.

Kenny, a fellow redhead really made my day today. He was just top-notch customer service oriented and the food was delicious. After a long 2 1/2 years away from Austin I was welcome back with open arms and delicious food.

Claudia is the dopest cashier I have ever encountered in my 23 years of living. Food was well made and quick. Was my second time visiting this location and I will definitely be back. Don't forget your wallet! LOL

The chicken tenders and tots are good. I really liked the lemonade! I love how their to-go containers are eco-friendly. Their food is also responsibly sourced!

I have been wanting to try this place every since I moved to Austin. Very disappointing. I finally go after a year and my Cowboy sandwich was almost cold and the same for the tater tots. I guess they don't make these meals fresh to order. You would think they would for the price of $14.36. The sweet tea was good.

Not my first time here but wanted to give them another try after lackluster experiences over 1.5 years ago. Definitely my last time here. The only things that have changed are the prices, which were already exorbitent. Sandwiches are great but not worth $9 on their own. Got 10 burnt tater tots for $2 and a sour 12-oz vanilla shake (when I ordered chocolate) for $4. Thank goodness the sandwich tasted great or I would have given only 1 star.
