Great atmosphere and food, the purple haze juice was my favorite
Othesha served me a wonderful breakfast this morning at the Research location and made me feel right at home and added some real class to a very nice restaurant. Very professional and you can tell she really cares. This woman is gonna go far in her life, you can feel her personal strength. Food is always good here. This restaurant hires quality staff and if you are looking for a nice meal this is the place. I worked in restaurants for years, i even served Queen Elizabeth 40 years ago. I know a good restaurant when i see one and understand what it takes. My complements to the management.
Fresh juice, healthy options without taking it over the top, I've never left feeling anything but happy. Be prepared for a wait, to get seated or served, but always worth it. I really enjoy the option to get in line virtually but don't forget to check in once you arrive on site.
I came here on a Wednesday morning for breakfast. The hostess who sat me was great and took my drink order after 10 minutes of me seated at the table with no service. After this, it took an additional 10 minutes for a server to come over and ask if I’d been helped already. After (finally) placing my order, the food came out fairly quickly, but was brought out by a different server who said nothing to me as she plopped it down - didn’t even make eye contact. Then a third and final server brought me my check about halfway through my meal. I would say this is the bare minimum standard of service in any establishment, worsened by the fact that it was all different people who helped me. If I had needed anything more, no one had made it clear who I should ask for help.I have about 5 years of experience in the food service industry, so I don’t believe they were understaffed. When I arrived, I saw 2 servers, and when I left I saw 6 (I was there for 45 minutes). It was also only an hour after opening, so I don’t believe I got caught in the cracks of a shift change either. The hostess was clearly going above and beyond her job to help me, so I thank her for that, but judging from other reviews of this place, it seems that sloppy service may be the norm.Nevertheless, the food was great. I recommend this restaurant to people looking for delicious and healthy brunch food, but I stay wary of this location. Next time, I will try another location.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FOOD BUT FLAVOR IS HIT OR MISS SOMETIMES. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVACADO TOAST AND CRAB CAKE BENEDICT!!!

Our first experience at First Watch was ok. We had to make reservations because they were busy. They were understaffed so I understood why our food took awhile. The food was ok. The service was good considering their circumstances. I’m thinking about going again to try a different meal. Check out First Watch, you might have a different experience
