The food is good but greasy and service is OK. But they don't take CASH! I'll not be back. If I had been alone, I would never have eaten here. But since I was with someone, we stayed. If they don't want my cash, no problem, I'll go elsewhere.The food is ok but soooo salty and greasy! Why? I know how the dishes are supposed to be but wow, so greasy. If I want grease, I'd have gone to Panda Express, nearby.
Went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Got veggie spring rolls to start which were nice and crunchy.Then a chicken stir fry with spring veggies in a Kung pao sauce on a bed of fried rice, delicious!
Ordered on 2.1.22. Order was very wrong. Called they said they were too busy to remake. So they said we will leave slip or whatever at the front and I could come at another time to pick up that remade order. Call back and was given an extremely hard time and refused to remake. Ugh!! I lnow why Karens are Karens. So frustrated. Won't be taking my business there again.
I had to wait a bit longer than my online order quote time, but the food was sooo worth it.Staff seem to have a great, efficient system for putting together orders/taking orders to dine-in guests. A+ customer service ?
Good, not great. I was expecting more of a Mongolian style set up but here you don’t get to pick you actual ingredients or sauce. You don’t have the ability to add more of certain items. And even using the menu available I couldn’t ask for more than one sauce. But either way this would probably have been ok if the quality was a bit better. This is Panda Express level but I’m paying $16 for it.
Not a bad spot for lunch. The food is good and they have tofu on the menu which is the main reason I frequent the place.
Staff is rude. My order was incorrect today and they seemed irritated that I needed it corrected. I simple here you go, sorry about that, have a good day goes a long way. Instead I was just handed the food with the silent treatment.
Very good Asian food. The staff were friendly. I recommend getting the flat rice noodles of teriyaki sauce in a stir fry. The service is also very fast which is nice.
Couple of out of towners who sought something other than the hotel restaurant food. Fire Bowl did not disappoint. Like Panda Express if they had actual chefs. Highly recommend the Orange Chicken. Service was quick and professional
Great place. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Food was delicious and filling. They had it ready relatively fast. The place is esthetically pleasing.Plenty of parking.
