Ordered takeout within last hour they were open while visiting Austin. Very nice on the phone- and very nice when picking up. Soup dumplings for my family. I love the fried rice. The egg drop soup (for my family) could use a little more salt, but not terribly. This place has become one of my favorite places to order from since I discovered it a few months back. Had the honey and mayonnaise chicken last night and was surprised at how tasty it was.
Ha I wasn’t so sure from the onset but it was worth the short wait. Portions are very nice and food is made well. Definitely like the soup dumplings. Kimchi rice ? with shrimp was tasty. Will definitely be back.
Got the half rack of beef ribs, ribs were dry and fatty and tuff. Flavors were wonderful though. wife got a salad which was cheap and plentiful, flavors good. And she also got some noodle dish. She said it was ok... too much noodles, good flavor.Our server was awesome and friendly :) prices were decent for lunch.
This place was posted on Instagram so I checked it out but the food was absolutely disgusting. Soup dumplings were so old they smelled and tasted like it’s gone bad. General tso chicken tasted like garbage, fried in dirty old oil. I have had a lot of Chinese food, and this place is indeed the worst I had. If you want food made of cheap ingredients that make you want to vomit, please go here. Too bad I take good photos lol
The pork soup dumplings are amazing! I went to New York in 2019 and had the best soup dumplings and have been trying to find some that match them in taste. These are better! New favorite spot for soup dumplings. The food here is also really authentic which I love! Don’t hesitate to eat here!
I ordered sichuan stir fried chicken. It was hard to chew, felt like I’m chewing on to leather or chicken that’s been laying there and heated repeatedly. I’m at a loss to even describe it! Avoid this place at all costs. Panda Express is more edible!!
Look. I get it. I really do. You have certain expectations regarding service. Go ahead and take all those expectations and chuck them because you won't be satisfied if you bring them here. What you sacrifice in terms of expectation will be more than repaid in terms of FOOD. Some of the best quick, cheap noodles in town. Always hot. Always fresh. Appetizers and all. The bathroom is hell which is how you know they spent all their money on the food! Give it a try.P.S. go up to the front and order. They absolutely will not come to you to take your order. It's a rite of passage.
Ramen wasn't as delicious as ramen should be nor as spicy as we assumed from the menu. Service was very mediocre.
I don’t know what it is about this place but I never leave hungry and everything is delicious
