Nova lox on toasted bagel halves...fabulous. My only criticism has to do with the state of the bathrooms?. But I do understand the employee shortage...
I asked for everything bagel with tomato avocado and tomato. First of all they didn’t toast the bagel . And they splash the avocado as you see on the picture. Customer service was terrible. Never gonna come back
I love Einstein bagels but I don’t love ordering Einstein bagels. From the second the phone gets picked up they do everything that they can possibly do to scare you away from placing an order. Before you can even say hello they tell you that they do not take orders for anything less than a dozen over the phone. I don’t think I would take the time out of my day to call an order in unless it was for more than a dozen bagels. The second thing they do is give you a timeframe that is unrealistic such as 20 minutes to toast a dozen bagels. The third thing that they do after asking your name is to reiterate that time frame that they said so heavily would not be possible and go ahead and up it 10 minutes just because the first time didn’t shake you off the phone. I don’t understand how a business can remain in business telling people that they do not want their money!
Bagels were solid as usual as were their smears. My disappointment this visit was they were light on staff that Saturday morning, and were low on coffee. Also, they did not cut our bakers dozen as requested. Shows why chains need to pay staff a living wage. Product will cost more but all the poor service I see at most chains would improve as will the the lives of their teams
Food was delicious and staff was friendly! I didn't give it 5 stars because it was a little on the dirty side. Needs a good wipe down.
YERRRRPPPP, it’s either the bagels at the HEB bread section or this place 10/10. Employees are hardworking and deserve to close at 230pm
I usually have excellent service at this location, but not today. My bagels were not cut and they were cold.
the food is amazing! 10/10 on that. however the older lady who checked us out at the register was extremely put out and rude to us. we were just trying to politely take our order and go, but she seemed like every single question or piece of our order was loathsome and made it clear she was very annoyed. im not sure what she's going through and I wish her the best, but I really would prefer to not have this treatment as a customer
Annoyed because I was waiting on the lobby for a good 30 minutes just to find out al thought their app charged me it never took my order. I went up to ask but the lady seemed so busy so I just sat back down for another 10 minutes. Don’t use the app to order on a Saturday was the lesson I learned today.
The breakfast brisket bagel sandwiches were good.
