This morning (7:20am, April 7, 2022) I ordered two bagels sandwiches for me and my mom. After 2 hours of eating the sandwich the two of us had a very difficult times with lots of diarrhea and stomach pain. It seems that some ingredients are not fresh, but I hope all customers be careful.The reason I couldn't go back and report this is because I live in an area an hour away.
I had a bagel today that was probably the lamest bagel I have ever had. There was hardly any cream cheese on it. The service was kinda rude. I may try it again, could have been one of those days....I came later to the same store to find a super friendly customer service all women staff, with great service and they did put cheese cream on my bagels, so I change the review from 1 star to 5 ???. Gave me a lox bagel on a CINNIMON RAISIN bagel. Gave me CINNIMON RAISIN bagels instead of the blueberry muffins I ordered.Someone on staff here likes cinnimon Raisin bagels a little too much. Please do not ever give someone lox on a Raisin bagel. Just decline and refund the order. If you're out of muffins, that's cool too - but don't swap them for more Raisin bagels. I'm swimming in Raisin bagels over here that I did not ask for.
Coffee was cold and did not have much taste. Plain toasted bagel with cream cheese was so perfect.
Good service, excellent location! I love the dog bagels which I always buy for my fur daughter.
Everytime we come here our order is incorrect. Ordered a lunch bagel sandwich, and received a breakfast bagel instead. Ordered a breakfast bagel and it was missing the egg, bacon, and cheese and was just a bagel with cream cheese. I understand that in this area the customers are older and probably not as fun to deal with. But the service is rude and condescending to all customers regardless.

Came in from Houston for ACL festival and I needed a good breakfast spot, something filling and good coffee. I had been to Einstein Bro Bagels before and decided this one was most convenient where we were staying. Julissa warmly welcomed my wife and I in and was patient while we oriented ourselves with the menu. We enjoyed the spot enough we made it our morning stop for the duration of the trip. The hospitality, excellent coffee, and of course big selection of bagels prepared in many ways make this a sure stop. On our last day we loaded up on bagels for the family, including a box of DOGGY BAGELS! We seriously need y’all in Houston and I will certainly seek this location out again when visiting Austin. My company ordered 6 bakers dozen bagel boxes and 6 carafes of coffee last minute, due to a communication error. This staff and manager were so kind to still be able and willing to do this big order last minute. Give this team a raise! ?????? Thank you Einstein Bagel team!
