Everytime I come to this location, (I try my hardest not to but when I'm desperate) the person on window always tries to make me feel bad for ordering. They always have to announce how long I have until they close & btw I never go 10mins before close or anything like that. As early as an hour before close they feel they have to remind you. And they seem to always be frantic over something happening on their end and they give you attitude for just showing up. This has been going on at this location for years, way before the pandemic. I took my bf here recently and he left with the same exact impression, I didn't even have to say anything. He wanted to try this place and I let it speak for itself. Never going there again.
These guys do a great job - employees are consistently kind, helpful, and provide surprisingly quick service.
I just can't give my money to a restaurant who won't take orders over the phone. Not everyone has the option to order online and during this challenging time, I would rather give my money to the more well-deserving restaurants who are more than happy to work with you when their app won't work. It's a shame too because we are longtime customers and were going to spend a lot of money here today. Oh well!
Come here for morning bangles when I run out. They are alright but a bit on the tough side for my taste.
Really good food but they need to get their stuff together. They listed they have gluten free options but they haven’t updated that they have discontinued. I ordered four sandwiches one with avocado and they forgot the avocado and forgot the fourth sandwich. So I was stuck waiting another 10 minutes for one sandwich AFTER I went thru drivethru.
I rarely post bad reviews but I am very disappointed in the cream cheese and lox bagel that I ordered from Einstein Bagels this morning. The bagel had just a thin smear of cream cheese, a tomato slice, onion slice and a tiny thin piece of lox! When I tried to call the store to express my disappointment there was no answer.I have been to other Einstein Bagels locations and was always very happy with the quality and portions. Needless to say today was my first and last trip to this location.
Very very nice professionally ran placed the experience is beyond and staff is very courteous highly recommend, be blessed.
