It's exactly what Google says it is: budget Chinese food. It's yummy and you get what you pay for.
My oh my!! Hubby and I moved from Chicago to Houston almost 5 years ago. We just moved to Austin less than 2 months ago and we’ve been SEARCHING for Chinese food that’s even half as good as up there. This place here omg. The pork fried rice spicy is sensational and reminds us of home!! We literally found our spot! We are soooo picky with Chinese food and pizza and we found our spot!!!?
The food is fresh and great!!If you like shrimp, you have to try the shrimp egg rolls. You will love them!!!
I paid extra for extra chicken and extra vegetables. Did not get extra vegetables or extra chicken. And I asked for fried rice and got brown rice instead. Disappointed. However the food was very good and fresh tasting. Note that is take-out only. I did not know this when I drove up and was expecting to sit down and eat. So just a heads up to anybody who's reading this.
Got the beef fried rice and wonton soup and it was amazing. Finally found a Chinese food spot I can go back to.

Hands down the best egg rolls in Austin. Family owned. Serving the NW Austin area for years. Those who know...roll with Egg roll Express. My sister April and I have ordered from them for years. Great service and good quality.
TLDR: pretty average take out Asian food.For the food I had the sesame chicken and fried rice. For what I paid, the portion was massive, which is nice. The fried rice was pretty standard. Nothing amazing, but solid. The chicken was absolutely drowning in sauce, and the sauce itself was pretty overly sweet. It would be nicer to have a better sauce and have less of it. I’m not sure if they give everyone a free egg roll, or mine was a mistake, but I did get an egg roll. It was pretty good. Nothing to really complain about service. Took about ten minutes to get my takeout order. Overall, not a bad option for a quick lunch takeout.
Food was awesome again and super hot. so friendly as well. Will keep going back over and over again.
