The place is very clean.The bathroom clean but no paper towels.The young lady at the register was nice.The donuts are small.I will come back.
It was 5:45am. I know it's early all I had was a 100$ bill. Waited in line for 15min just to b told I cant have my coffee??? Why? They are just going to get thrown away. It's not like I didn't have money? Is the inconvenience supposed to be on me or the company? Isn't the customer always right? I won't be returning... I went to Starbucks down the road and they broke the 100$
When visiting this location I have had a great experience until today (18 Feb 2022). I ordered a small frozen mocha. After trying to drink it while I was driving to work, it seemed that it was more ice and other stuff than coffee. I understand that the store was busy. The drive thru was insane and the line inside the store was getting out of hand. I ordered inside. I will say that after trying to drink my coffee, I did think that I was a dairy queen and ordered a blizzard. It was and still is that thick.
Ordered delivery through Uber eats and the food just tastes strange. Sausage breakfast sandwich tastes like soap and the apple fritter had so much cinnamon it was inedible. Gross.
Please mix the drinks better I took a sip of my drink and got a mouth full of sugar and this is not the first time this has happened. Please stop putting so much sugar or mix drinks better. This is the only Dunkin I’ve been to that does this every time I go
I’m done with this Dunkin. The last couple times I have gone my bagel was rock solid to where I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it away.Today I tired to give them another chance and I got something different. And half of my order was missing and my coffee’s were wrong.
Ordered a mobile order for pick up inside, get there and lobby is locked and no one will answer the door. No one is answering phones either. So after ordering in advance I get to sit in a mile longDrive thru to get the order I already paid for. Then, after a 30 minute ordeal, they can’t find my order. Then they do and I get a cold breakfast sandwich. I never leave reviews but I’m annoyed. Do better, Dunkin.
I really Luv to go to Dunkin’ Donuts. I think they have the far best coffee ever, sometimes better than Starbucks. I’d come here a lot, and I had stopped for a while because the crew that they had before this one sucked really bad- Well only two people in particular., they were really rude and didn’t care or have any appreciation for their customers. I witnessed a couple of times them being really rude to other customers, along with myself included. But now, they have totally changed their staff and this team is 100% better! They are 100% opposite of what the last team was (Or at least the last two workers). Logan, in particular an employee that works here now is such an A+ person. He really has a Lotta good work ethic‘s and I think he should be given a raise. Because he really reclaimed the value of this place again to a positive work place and a great coffee place that everyone can go to and appreciate it have fun and be nice and kind to one another. Thank you so much for this new team, including Logan for stepping up to the plate! Now, I can enjoy coming here again! Along with my other comrades! ?
This location changed its closing time to 7PM. Bad move. Need to work on keeping a loyal staff.
This place only gets 2 stars because it's Dunkin. More than once I've gotten rock hard bagels and coffee that tastes like poison. Afternoon visits are definitely better than morning. I have been going to Dunkin for about 30 years now and this one is by far the worse.
