I ordered a pumpkin cold brew with cold foam and toppings and in the middle of my order I was interrupted which was kinda rude and so then I get to the window and I’m sitting there for 5 minutes with nobody coming to the window and finally someone comes and tells me to pull up. At least 10 minutes goes by and the car behind us already got their items and starts honking at me. Someone who works there comes out yelling at me saying i already received my order and asking me what I’m still doing here. i tell her i didn’t receive my order and she’s just so rude sighing really loud and rolling her eyes at me. Worst customer service ever. I was so upset I just ended up leaving. One thing I’m gonna say is just don’t have such a nasty attitude. If you don’t want to work just quit nobody is making you come to work. ?
The worker over the drive through intercom had me repeat my order three times and I still had missing items from my order. She also told me the drink that I tried to order was discontinued, but it was a new drink- and then she told me that they had an alternative (which was the original drink I ordered). The line was horrendously long to get in, and I’m pretty sure I know why (because this woman was repeating these orders three times). The worker at the window was nice, but not accommodating to all the missing items from our order.
Update...I was passing by and decided that I would check to see if they happened to have donuts this time. This did! But they were stale as hell! Do they not bake them fresh anymore? They taste like they were frozen and thawed out.The lobby was closed due to "lack of staffing" (Two employees working and they can't have the lobby open?) I drive up to the window to ask what sort of donuts they have. I was told I had to drive around and look at the menu. They only have 9 types of donuts. Do you mean the person working the window just couldn't tell me? Pathetic.Definitely not going back anymore. I was a Dunkin Donuts fanatic when I was a kid. Best to keep them as a memory.I've gone there 4 times and every time they had no donuts. How does that happen? You're frickin" Dunkin Donuts!
Keep forgetting this location is right by work! New England girl living in a Texas world! This place is a bit of home for me. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Place was super busy when I was there. They all hustled to get things done my order was actually right this time!
I’ve been here a couple times and they never have what I want to order! They didn’t have sugar or hot food, not even donuts! Definitely not coming back
First time Dunkin’ Donuts costumer! The employee, Renee, that helped me was so so so sweet. He made this experience sooooo delightful. Haven’t even tried my donuts yet- but five stars for this pleasant experience alone. Thanks renee! You made my day. Kindness matters ❤️
Longest wait I’ve ever made in my life for anything. Just got two drinks, was in line with a longer wait time than an amusement park. To top it all off, the macchiato(with an extra expresso) was watered down HEAVY.I’ve been to this one a couple times, same experience every time, not good drinks and a ridiculous wait time and lobby usually closed.
Awful experience. Went in and took more than 30 minutes to get my order back. The staff was apologetic, and gave me a few donuts to make up for it--the only reason I didn't give one star. But the everything bagel I ordered with butter had cream cheese on it, which I can't eat. What a disaster.
waited in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes. when i finally got to the window the girl gave me my coffee and closed the window without the rest of my order or telling me she was getting the other items. about 5-7 minutes later she opened the window and gave me the rest of my order which included avocado toast and a breakfast sandwich. once i got my food i went to eat it and the “toast” was plain bread with avocado on top of it. it wasn’t toasted at all. extremely disappointed.
Drive thru has very poor service. The girl at the window didn’t even look like she worked there. She had no idea what she was doing. She asked me what my order was. I only had a iced coffee and waited a solid 20 minutes for it with only one car being ahead of me. I dont see how I have to wait so long for a coffee
