Cheers to those who showed up to work! Workers are rude and slow. Stuffed donut inside half open bag without adding the wax paper sheet. Maybe they don't add those anymore but who wants their frosting stuck to the bag? Then order is given missing items without being told it's coming. Worst Dunkin ever!! I moved from NY rude Capital but this place takes the cake. Sadly it is the only one within this area. Go here when you're desperate only.
Probably the worst place I have ever gotten coffee. Staff is extremely rude. They closed the lobby and made me wait in a 30 min line to get my order that I ordered ahead of time online. I called and asked if they could walk my coffee out and they refused. I also told them there was at least six cars in line and she said “ma’am there is only two” when I’m looking right at them. ? She also said “it is not a 30 minute line” when I’ve waited in a dunkin line many times, and I’ve also already been sitting for ten minutes and I’m not even half way to the front. They need to do better. I know all about being short staffed, I’m a general manager, but there was no excuse for the rudeness today.
Horrible experience at this Dunkin. The staff greeted the car in front of me but asked him to wait. After 10 minutes, they came back over the speaker to let him know they were "closed" when it turned exactly 8pm, despite having all of us in line waiting.I will forevermore rate this store a one star on every survey due to this.
I’ve had several bad experiences with this particular coffee shop but yesterday was the height of it and I don’t see myself going back there anymore. I ordered a cup of coffee at the drive-through after waiting for so long on the line, only for me to get to the window and was told to go back to the drive-through again, I asked why and they couldn’t give any reason at all, when I asked again why I have to go back to the drive-through again they literally shut the window in my face.The customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen anywhere and the rudeness of the attendants is just horrible and is bad for business the owner should pay attention and do something about it. Only the Asian guy has always been very good every time I go there and the rest just act as if they’re being forced to work.Not going back there again.
I took my children to get ice cream after school. Everything started out fine, until I guess my order was too long. As I was ordering the employee taking our order sighed and said rudely "is that it?!" It was not the end of my order but decided to just end the order (2 ice cream cones and 3 ice cream cups)At the drive through window the employee told me my card "timed out". I gave her the same card which she snatched out of my hand. I have never had an issue before. But today the service was terrible and the employee Tamera was rude.
WORST EXPERIENCE. I am never coming back.I came in and waited over an hour to receive my order. Only one guy working behind the register and he disappeared 5 minutes after taking my order. The line of people waiting reached the door without a single person taking their orders. I do not blame the staff since they were doing their best handling the orders in-store and drive through. I blame Dunkin’ for not hiring enough employees. After waiting an entire hour to receive my order, it came out wrong. I am a vegetarian and they put bacon in my sandwich. I went back to have them fix it but nobody was behind the counter. I didn’t bother waiting for one more minute and I just threw my sandwich in the trash and left. Disappointing experience. Disrespectful to the customers.
Love Dunkin because being from the northeast that's what I'm used to. This Parmer location is close to my house but need to drive to another location because I'm tired of dealing with the subpar service. Simple order in the drive thru is a gamble. Coffee hot with cream and sugar has to be checked before driving away. Usually the most common thing gotten right is the coffee being hot. Today they even got that wrong. Hot? No. Lukewarm at best. Sugar? No. This is normal no matter what time of day. Spoke to the manager a few months ago and got the old don't care look. Tired of this place. Need new supervision.
I was the trying to get an order through drive through. Nobody answered me at the first window. When I drove to the 2nd window the guy told me that they can not take my order o other an Afro-American girl yelled at me that I had to turn around and closed the window on me. I asked told to the manager and she never showed up. They don’t have customers services. Owners put attention on they. You are losing money. I drove far war from there. And they treated me too Rude
It was my second time ordering in the afternoon and they are out of most of the flavours. I go with tge intention of getting a dozen and end up getting 2 or 3 donuts and those also not my first choice. Please improve your supply.
Wont even give 1* if there is any option to do so. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and they never pick up the phone god knows why they have it in there. On top of that I have ordered 3-4 times times in 2 days and they accepted the order even though they knew that they are out of donuts and munchkins, which wasted my time and the service provider driver's time. I think the whole staff needs to take their training again.
