A bit understaffed but the food was good and the place was clean. Definitely recommend.
Awful customer service. Didn’t even get seated. Two employees passed the podium without even acknowledging the customers standing there and when I did someone’s attention the kid slammed his seating chart on the podium and looked as if we were bothering him for even being there. Said it would be over an hour and then walked away without even making eye contact. If someone walks into your establishment and wants to spend money there the least you could do is acknowledge their presence.
They are slow dirty, bottom of the barrel in everything. The servers were dirty. The dishes were dirty. They gave me hot water in a coke cup for shakes and sodas. They wasted a hour of time. Lying saying the food was coming every ten minutes. Then smirking and looking waiting for a reaction. Like something was funny. That’s what I call poor sports.Only lowlifes play those type of games, no matter where they are. Straight trash junkies
In town in traffic, stopped for a quick to-go order breakfast sandwich we split. Tasty, awesome and super hot.Staff was friendly for early in the morning.Great quick bite stop
The single worst Denny’s trip ever. Served by Mel. Ignored for ages. Slow service. Room half an hour to get a refill of coffee. Eggs came out and were cold. Sent back came out over cooked and had green bits in. Didn’t even complain just wanted to leave as she took so long with everything. I love Denny’s. I hate this one.
I went ins group of 4 around 10:15 PM. It was not busy, but there were others there and more customers that came while we were eating. Although it appeared as though there were only two employees working (a cook and the manager, who was our waiter) the food was sooo good! It came quickly, it was hot, and it was right. Very good!!
EDIT: edited from three to one star because even trying to fix this/get ahold of the store like i did an hour ago is impossible.called ahead of time to make sure my requests were okay before ordering (literally just asking for gravy on the side) and before even finishing my sentence, was assured that gravy/sauces were always on the side for takeout. food arrived via UberEats and half the order was missing and all of the gravy was on the dish which made it inedible for me considering i couldn’t eat part of it (partner could which is why i made sure on-the-side was okay) 1/2 stars for not even fulfilling what was told to me and about to food/quality
There was absolutely no one eating in the restaurant. We walked up to the host kiosk and a man who wasn’t the host asked us to write our own name on a piece of paper, with an f’ing crayon. Then he said we’d be seated soon…. There were NO OTHER customers in the restaurant! This man went back to bulls*it ting with some other employee. We walked out.
We went in this diner right next door to the Double Tree Hotel around 4 pm after driving in from San Antonio without lunch yet. Just a few customers, as you would expect at that time of day. Super nice guy named Raphael informed us that no cook or server had showed up for a shift beginning 45 minutes before so he wasn’t seating any customers although we could wait. We elected to go elsewhere but the next morning went back over for breakfast. Raphael was once again there, said he finally closed up about 4:20 the prior afternoon, still no help and he was supposed to leave at 3 that day. Someone seated us and he waited on us, was very friendly and helpful, outgoing. Great customer service, he wasn’t complaining like some would. If I owned or managed any restaurant I would steal him as an employee! Loved that when I asked his name he said “Raphael, like the Ninja Turtle,”
My kids and I love this Denny's.We been in Dennys at Houston and even here in Austin but this is what we call the best service and food place for family.There's one lady and a man that I always forgot to ask for They're names but next time I'm asking and re-writing this.They are so sweet and the service they provide is very nice.But also we love this place because the food is always fresh and really good cooked.Thanks for that.
