If you like to win in life , come here
It has really gone down hill imo. I have been bringing my kids here for most of their lives, they are now 12 and 15. They removed a lot of the good payout ticket games, raised the prices of games by 10 - 20%. They have also raised the prices of game chips by 30%. The food has never been great, but we loved gaming here. Now I don't think it is worth the insane cost.
Took my teams from work for our team building events here. The first event was great, well serviced, our rented space was clean and ready for us and we had a great time. Our second event....not so much. The area we had booked was under construction but they didn't relocate our party. We booked the express bar area and paid a bartender fee but the poor guy had to run across Dave and Busters to the main bar to fulfill any of our orders. It was just not great to pay for the area and service to have it play out like that. We would probably consider going back for future events but the last visit simply deserves 3 stars at best.
First time ever to come here to eat. Servers wouldn't help you nor explain how to order off their website due to no contact with REAL menus but how can they say no contact and they still have contact while bringing your food and drinks out. The waitress or waiter was overly whelmed with the amount of people that were there the evening we had come. The only person that was very knowledgeable and friendly for being our first time was the lady at the front with the tokens The lady who sat us very very rude. Over all I don't think we will be back from our experience of the first time here
Food was great, games were fun, drinks were a little pricey but nothing crazy; will return!
My family and I had a great time with the games. We were there for hours! Food and drinks were quite pricey, so stuck with water. My boyfriend and I got one of the only vegan options - burger (with lite life patty). It's not bad, but definitely not up to par with impossible or beyond patties. ?. I'd go back here for the atmosphere, not so much the food.Fyi: Waitress here was incredible, knowledgeable and working hard!!
I went here tonight Friday to celebrate my Birthday with my family and friends. After reading reviews I was worried and had planned no to go, but Im glad I decided to go and we had a great time. Place was clean, staff were helpful and quick with their service. One drink was delayed from the bar and he gave us another on the house as we waited. We went btwn 6-9 before the late rush and it was not crowded at all. I would go back. Happy Birthday to me :)))
Arcade meets sports-bar meets American diner! Not a bad combination. Definitely will please a family with kids. All ages can find something suitable. We had beers and parmesan fries (delicious and BIG), but next time I wanna try burgers etc too. Parking is easy. It was a little too crowded but it was okay for a Saturday. You can easily spend a few hours here.
Have to use a qr-coded app to order. A major downside to this place is the big sign offering discounts to veterans, military and first responders, yet no one informed us of the option when ordering or on checkout. Food is $$$$ and the gaming systems (the business model) is set to drain money from your cc quickly. There is a service charge to load and activate the card used only at this establishment. Music and noise exceeded my headsets ability to counter. Place was clean and gaming floor staff were very attentive. Will be nearly a decade before I visit here again. Feeling like I've been cornholioed at an off strip Vegas joint. Still hungry.
Was advised by a server that she has a big party coming in and I'm not going to be able to cater to you all night. I will dissappear on you from time to time. If we're okay with that then we can stay and eat in her section. ??♀️ we advised her that we tip accordingly. Games were fun and awesome, rest of the staff was great, food and drinks were delicious and atmosphere was fun.
