Pup cups for dogs! This location is consistent, which is appreciated. Not always the fastest, but I don't feel a need to double check my order for accuracy before I drive off. The food is always hot/fresh and the drive through staff is polite. The parking here is very limited, but the large vehicles won't fit the tight drive through turns so it's a catch-22; if you have a smaller vehicle, use that to come here. :)

You will not find a Dairy Queen in Austin, or for that matter the entire state of Texas, with better customer service than this Dairy Queen. The folks here are so friendly and customer focused you would think you are at a chik-fil-a! Plus the food quality here is always top-notch. The drive-through line is often long, which is a very telling sign of the quality as well. One tip - do not attempt the drive-through if you have a large car or SUV, they have a very tight turning radius and you will get stuck. The inside counter service is also very fast and the restaurant interior is clean. Everything on the menu is good here. If you have not been to DQ in awhile, give this place a try and you will be back and your belt will be busted! ;-)
I I drove all the way from San Antonio Texas to go to your location because it's the best tasting burgers and fries in the state of Texas it's still the best tasting food for the last 38 years that's the best location and the greatest service friendly kind people and it was worth the trip from San Antonio Texas was about a 90 mile drive but it was priceless well worth the trip five star service
The first time I came to this DQ, the first thing I noticed the employees greet as customers come in and out, customer service is awesome, and attentive to the customers. I love coming here when I want a burger. I know everything will be 100% guaranteed. These employees are awesome! Thank you all for ya’ll’s hard work also!
The staff is very well trained to greet people as they come in. They are ultra attentive to customers. It's a refreshing change of pace compared to most fast food.The reason for the 4 star review is simple, but odd... The owner "Mayfield" is plastered EVERYWHERE in the restaurant. From adverts, to simple signage, to the naming convention all the employees use to describe it "welcome to mayfield DQ" . It's just creepy. Why is this overt narcissist displaying himself everywhere? Again, just a very odd scenario when walking into an over-priced fast food joint!

This DQ is my favorite in Austin, the place is so comfortable and the chicken sandwich was amazing, and the blizzard is always delicious
Absolutely phenomenal service, came through the drive-through, and got my food no exaggeration in under 30 seconds. These people are fast and give great customer service. This was my first time ever coming, great impression
