I placed an online order through Zuppler on 6/11/22., which indicated my order would be ready by 6:01 pm and I would receive an email when ready. At 6:17 pm I had yet to receive an email, so I drove to the DQ to check on my order. Let me preface by saying I have been a customer since 2003. Instead of the wonderful smell of burgers and fries, there was a pungent bathroom odor throughout the restaurant. I explained my issue to a trainee at the counter, who picked up a small tablet and began scrolling. He asked what I ordered, then went to the kitchen window. He brought my order and said here it is, without an apology or thank you. My drive is less than 1/2 mile from the DQ. When I got home the food was barely warm. The steak finger basket was missing the toast and the Hungerbuster was cold. Unfortunately, I won't be returning there.

If you want a burger for your kids, do not go to this Dairy Queen. They don’t have children’s burgers so the one that you end up having to buy is not only five dollars but it’s humongous so it’s way too much for a kid. I find it unbelievable in this day and age that a fast food place would not have kid size food but this place does not.

This place used to be great but they're slipping. I go through the drive thru and order a large cone. Costs as much as a half gallon of the other stuff but it's DQ so it's worth it right?... the cone I got was squashed and ice cream was falling off the sides..eh.. who cares. But then... the bottom of the cone blows out soggy.. I've had it less than 5 minutes and 1/3 of the cone is mush, even the paper wrap is wet..I honestly think it was an existing cone they topped with more ice cream. I'm driving with warm ice cream down my shirt and the cold stuff with nothing to hold it up any longer. Do I throw it out the window.. slam the ice cream and deal will the brain freeze? Both me and the cars seat are sticky.. what a mess.

I wouldn't recommend ordering online. Burgers were great, fries were cold (mind you I had to sit for 15 minutes to get my order so it was made "fresh" at 5:45PM). I placed my order an hour before I needed to pick it up and when I showed up they acted as if online orders weren't really a thing they do and made some comment about their tablet. They asked me to tell them what I ordered, I was a little perplexed as I ordered ahead so as to gather all the different requirements and document them so I wouldn't have to memorize the order. Then the fabled tablet appeared and they punched my order in. Dairy Queen should let stores opt out of online ordering if they aren't ready to handle on line orders. I have spent three decades in technology, DQ is doing it wrong if the online orders need to be manually entered in to the stores POS. I'm sure there are many technical reasons for this, I'm just saying it is not how online ordering is supposed to work and based off of my experience at DQ their online ordering doesn't work.

Cold warm fries and chicken but it was better when I put them in oven to make it hot.

The entire reason I went to DQ today was because I love DQ thick french fries. Was the first and only person in line. Asked to park and wait for burger and chicken tenders. The wait was 15 minutes. ~8 customers came and went in that time. Once we got our food the burger that was ordered without mustard was smothered in mustard. I had to throw away the top bun, lettuce, tomato, and onions all swimming in mustard. The french fries were a medium, not the large I ordered. They were not DQ french fries. They were the soggiest, greasiest, most undercooked shoestring potatoes I've ever seen. So to recap, I spent over 28$ and 15 minutes of waiting to get 2 microwaved beef patties and 6 small chicken tenders. I'm never doing fast food again because of this DQ location.

Just ordered door dash and although food arrived quickly, the bags were tied in knots so tightly i couldn't open them without my drink spilling. The sprite i ordered tasted horrible (no syrup), fries were stale. Have had better experiences in person so I guess you need to eat there to make sure you get fresh food. :(

The customer service here is ridiculously good. They have been so kind everytime that I have been there.

The person who was helping us at the window on the name tag said team leader I couldn't see the name but I love how she was talking so kind with respect to the customer , for sure I'll go again and I don't care for a drive when I like that place I prefer to go somewhere with 100% amazing customer service . I appreciate that lady she was so amazing .

Fast service and delicious ice cream and food.
