Great food at reasonable prices. Where do you get that in Austin?
The wait staff was great and very friendly. We liked the casual ambiance of the dining area. The only thing that we did not enjoy sadly was the food. It was just ok. Not much flavor in a lot of our dishes, they just seemed half done. No one took their left over food to go. I feel like for the prices were comparable to other semi-upscale Italian places in the area but it wasnât nearly as good as others.

Cipollina is a wonderful, rustic, casual Italian restaurant. The food was delicious and the service friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was a bit dark and loud for us. We had mussels that were seasoned and cooked just right. The gnocchi was also first rare and cooked to perfection. Also the wood oven pizzas are as authentic as any pizza weâve had in Italy. Weâll definitely will be going back. You should check it out too.

The noise level was so high our party of 5 was ready to leave as soon as we arrived. The food was delicious, though.
Brooke was on-point with outstanding service. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our dining experience. The biggest challenge was the noise level - sitting at a quite small 2 seat table, we literally had to speak at the very top of our volume (ie yelling) the entire evening. Otherwise, outstanding.
Thursday evening 5:45, place was one third full so parking was not an issue. Had two pizzas, sausage and pepperoni. Very good, not quite Home Slice. Staff was super, attentive but not hovering.
