Went today asking about one of the specials and the guy told me that it's on the menu. Every time I asked a question, he would say the same thing, being cocky. I started getting aggravated, my mom also. We said forget it and left, when we passed by the window I told him he needs to watch his attitude and he sticks the finger at me. Kind of a big guy (black). I hope his boss reads this, that guy should not be working there.
Miserable experience. I don't want the food I picked up after having to deal with the people who work there. I've had some weird drive through experiences, but the employees here are not only rude but mean to their customers.They need to raise the wage so that they can at least be a little selective with hiring. Lord knows the owners can't afford to fire such terrible employees, since noone else wants that job.Do. Not. Go. Here.
Horrible Horrible Horrible,I highly advise you find another Church's because this one is TERRIBLE, Every time there is a wait and once you receive your food it's always cold. The staff is rude the food is NASTY. Please choose a different fast food option to spend your money ESPECIALLY if your thinking of eating at THIS location. I would give it negative stars if there was an option but sadly there is not.
Ordered a 3pc tenders the lady taking my order informed me that it would be a 5 min wait to which I responded I will wait. Kind of surprised by my answer I guess, she responded with "You want to wait? I responded once again Yes. Get to the window to pay and she asked me to pull to the front and they would take the order to me once ready. I kindly asked the lady to put ketchup and honey in my bag and proceeded to park in the front. After waiting for my order, I get back to my office to find NO ketchup or honey and my chicken tenders were still raw!!!!
The rudest employees at this location. No reason whatsoever to be so rude!!! And to top it off my order was incomplete and they refused to give me eating utensils
Wow, if I can only say how RUDE the lady on the speaker thing is. We were on the window waiting for our food and the window was left open so we can see and hear everything going on in there. The lady attending the the drive threw was expressing herself very rudely and seemed annoyed with everything making ugly faces and showing very little patience with the customers. That shows alot about the restaurant. Besides that that it seems like everyone was just joking around inside and would attend the customers when they felt like it. Very poor staff really.
I went there yesterday and I had to wait to order, and when I pulled up to the window, the worker was on the phone, holding his phone in one hand while serving then he stopped serving and put his phone to charge! From my experience I’m good handling this is unacceptable and he also didn’t have a hairnet and his hair was everywhere!

Very unprofessional here. It’s always the same thing every time but it’s gets worse each time. Last time it was a homeless person harassing me. Now the employees are inside of the restaurant saying the “n” word although none of the employees are black that’s very disturbing. As a black person that’s ordering thru the window and hearing that I’m extremely offended. Please do not come here to order food. Only if you want to hear racial slurs being thrown around. That definitely doesn’t make an appealing place of business. And also they can’t hear you when go thru the drive thru so make sure you bring your own speaker with you. I hate that I had to come hear tonight I wasn’t even ordering for myself.
They were not listening and talking way too much (you can hear through the speaker) rather than paying attention when I specifically asked for 2 orders of the 3 piece dark. They had no good specials and was out of ALOT of food (come on people Covid is so 3 years ago) get more orders in or just close down!!! Smh
