Great place they are staffed low it seems.Almost all machines are working.Definitely recommend for any little kids.
Enjoyed celebrating my husband's birthday here today per our little daughter's request. I was surprised and concerned there was no one checking in families at the entrance to give the oh so familiar hand stamp. It appears this location is very understaffed. After paying for play and over priced food, you'd think you can get a little salad for no extra charge, but no; The salad bar is extra. The 5 meat pizza was actually delicious, Chuck E. Cheese pizza has definitely improved their pizza over the years.(One star taken for safety concerns)(One star added for a delicious dining experience)The building appeared to be decently clean, my family didn't use the bathroom, so no comment there. Seeing one of the employees sweep the table seats with a broom was a little weird, but maybe that was just me.(One star added for overall appearance of decently clean)(One star taken because of questionable cleaning practices)Majority of the games and arcade attractions are not properly working at this location, which was very disappointing when so many are also just plain whack and a waste of time playing anyway. My grandkids love running around this place just swiping they're unlimited game card for an hour. Most games are toddler height. They were dead tired afterwards. Mission accomplished ?

A little upset for l went there for my daughter to play games after a long boring day and pay for some points $120 points to get out there on the game floor and swipe five games that were not working the waste of money and time going over there because when you swipe the card it was taking the points away for games that weren't working
Horrible customer service, horrible experience. My 3 yr old birthday star left very unhappy as did I.
It was slow day. Best day to go and enjoy all fun and games.Really over price food for a okay taste.Overall my son enjoyed himself.

My son's 9th birthday party was great! He had lots of fun with family & our host Anna was great!
It was good. Customers were not wearing masks except for me. For 250. All you can play wrist bands for 9 kids it was great. Just though all these kids fingers and adults fingers but mostly the kids hands touching everything touching the mouth you know they're not washing their hands like every 30 minutes could be a dress maybe put a hand sanitizer station or have somebody go and wipe down the games every now and then because you can get staff as well.
