I’m currently here with my son. The employee at the register was eating food. She then took her hand and dug in the back of mouth and then put gloves on to go and serve a party. I told the employee she needed to wash her hands and his reply was, she probably will. (She didn’t) I spoke to the manager who said he saw her wash her hands. I told him she didn’t, I watched her dig in her mouth and then put gloves on and walked down to serve the bday party. Instead of asking the employee to go and wash her hands, they did nothing.
Not, the Chuck E Cheese I remember as a kid. The Chuck E cheese I remember as a kid was less than ideal, so I was near us when my daughter got invited to a party.However the location was clean and bright. There's no more scary ball pit, just play by the hour games. No more tickets to carry around and try to maneuver through while you play other games just an efficient card that tracks gameplay as well as tickets on.The average item is about 100 tickets to earn so make sure you invest your time on games you can earn tickets on if you're hoping to leave with a treat. Or save your card and stock up over multiple visits.The pizza was mediocre which is why I gave it a four-star rating. This is definitely not the Chuck E cheese I remember and will probably go back because of that.
We've been here a few times and had my kids birthday here as well. Amazing customer service, fresh pizza, and awesome birthday host. The place is cleans and the kids always have a blast.We got the birthday package which includes pizza, drinks, ice cream, goody bags, and a play card for the kids. Pretty much just had to show up.
If you come here for a birthday party, request Miasia! She was fantastic!! My nephew had an extra amazing woman taking care of him for his 3rd birthday party. She made extra effort to make sure he had a great time 10 out of 10 will come again!
They always have fresh new games! And the pizza is so good.It cost about 100$ if you really want to have a good time with food and games (4 people). They have alcohol -- I don't drink, but it is probably nice for those who do! The staff is pretty decent.
This 5 star rating is awarded by my two 8 year olds. If you homeschool, like I do, it's perfect for weekday fun while other kids are at school. My kids ran around for an hour playing everything without having to wait and said it was the best time ever! And I loved that my kids were very happy for very little money!
Surprisingly very clean and I say that as being in other Chuck e cheese have been a bit dirty. Definitely a good time and the pizza was not bad either. Would recommend for birthday parties
I took my 2 1/2 yr old grandson for his first time after not having been in quite some time thinking it would be a great time! We used to frequent ChuckyECheese when my children were younger and also with his older siblings until Covid hit. The drastic change to food/beverages being extremely over-priced as well as it being cold and our order was taken incorrectly. When brought to the attention of the guy making the food he was extremely rude and unhelpful. Play/meal packages do not save you any money and when figuring out the play pass card they are not forth coming on how it works. Chucky's band mates have been replaced with flat screens, which we could watch at home, the person in the Chucky suit had no energy or personality for the kids, stayed out briefly the 2 times he came out with no dancing/music fun as before and many games didn't work but took the token price off your card. Kids don't know that so if you purchased the tokens instead of timed play half of your tokens were wasted. The final nail in the coffin was the fact that there was nobody checking arm stamps when leaving in spite of them having enough people. Anyone could have walked out with ANY child! Why even put the stamp on?!?! We also didn't get it immediately upon walking through the door but from an employee who came from behind the counter after we ordered and were walking off. Once again I stress..... Anyone could have freely walked out with ANY child! Went there thinking it was the ChuckyECheese of old, DEFINITELY is not! Disappointed ?
Awesome and so was the management. Not being races she was the whit lady manager should have gotten her name and the young black girl taking order down keep up the good work you both ladies
My daughter's class mate had a party she had so much fun, restroom were clean table super clean as well, they said they have sanitizer stations but not enough because I didn't see one on 4 hours for that reason the 4 stars
