Out of all the Chinese Restaurants in Austin, this place (CHINA PALACE) at 6605 AIRPORT BLV., AUSTIN-TX. 78752 --- is by far the "best" tasting Chinese food I've EVER tasted since moving here to Austin. **The "TASTE" of their food is "up there" in the ranks of the chinese restaurants located in the big melting-pot CITIES such as (Chicago's Chinatown, New York city's Chinatown, and Detroit's Chinatown). When you grew up eating "authentic" Chicago's Chinatown "chinese food", such as I did, YOU KNOW WHAT IT SHOULD TASTE LIKE, --- "even if it's just a simple dish like Combination Fried Rice w/ shrimp-beef-& chicken". Ya'll, THE COOKS at CHINA PALACE ("ARE NOT PLAYING/FOOLING AROUND") !!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!! Furthermore, "the portion" OF FOOD inside the big white styrofoam tray is enormous................... and my food was STILL "piping hot" when I arrived home with it via-my car.Long story short, CHINA PALACE @ 6605 AIRPORT BLVD- ZIP: 78752 --- (will be getting my "$" at lease 3-times / month)....
OMG!! Had an amazing lunch! Both my manager and I were craving Chinese food, and I always drive by here...so I decided to order from here. The best Kung Pao Chicken and a mild Curry for me! Both of us are surprised by the amount of rice and food for the price. Not bad at all. We will be ordering for the office once more in the near future. Too bad we eat all of it before even caring for a picture!The driver was fast and polite. Thank you for being patient with me.
I ordered delivery several times. Every time the food was hot got delivered sooner than expected. And the driver was all too courteous. I will always order China Palace.When I am in their delivery range.
The people whom work here are so kind and sweet, I love ordering take out from here whenever I can, so I highly suggest it.
I had the combination fried rice no shrimp I knew when I opened my container it wasn't going to be good ?the meat had no color to it? look like boiled meat and no seasoning what so ever since i couldn't return the food I agreed to pay half price for the TSO chicken I ordered $5.50 I figured with the pandemic ?some restaurants are hurting and can't afford to give out extra? i was trying to be considerate of that fact...I usually ask for my money back...the TSO chicken was tasty, the lady was nice, food was quick and hot...
The place is not nice but best Chinese food ever , you have to go . Good prices

Some friends and I were visiting Austin and were craving some Chinese food. Found this place near our hotel and we all enjoyed what we got. The portions were good, the prices were fair, and everything tasted great! We really wish we had enough space in us to eat it all, lol. Also, the lady who got our online orders for us was very sweet. Would love to go here again whenever I'm back in the city.
I have driven by this place so many times. Wonderful food!!! The lady running it is so nice and patient. This is most definitely my new Chinese food spot!
11/11/2021 ordered around 6:40pm by phone. Read and heard great things about this place. Food was decent/good until we noticed the drowned dead ANT in the sweet and sour sauce, GROSS!!!! This means kitchen not clean? Ordered on line and pick up. I didn't call to complain because we ate our meals and every one was happy until we noticed the dead ant in the sauces for our egg rolls.
