I love Chicken Express, their food is decent; but this particular chicken express is not that good. There costumer service is horrible. There’s this one girl Sarah who’s a window server I guess and she’s rude, annoying, and talks bad about employees and costumers in Spanish to her other coworkers. Definitely not an environment or place I would want to be or spend my money.

They have always been accurate, the food is worth what you pay for and then some, and the employees are very kind and helpful. We have never had an issue ordering from here and we feel good giving our money to this business primarily because the staff is always so friendly and cheerful
They frequently mishandled fish fillets meal order, last few times a random item always missing in the box, last 2 times it was hush puppies, before that it was condiments! I hope the pay more attention
They should rename this place Catfish Express because it’s honesty amazing. A fast food restaurant has no business making food that good haha
Unacceptable! As you can see in the pics all of the food looks amazing. Fries were hot and fresh. Roll was amazing. Gravy was good and the regular chicken was piping hot BUT the spicy chicken was hours old at least. Look, I could go next door to Whataburger and they will make my chicken strips when ordered. It takes a few minutes. You are a chicken restaurant. If you can not serve fresh chicken close the doors. Stop making piles of chicken and putting it under lamps. Better yet sell lamp chicken for a little cheaper for those in a hurry and regular price for those who have 5 minutes to get fresh food. You can see in my last food picture the scraps of spicy left over. No excuse!
This place is really unassuming from the outside, but is absolutely fantastic. I'd recommend you go during the meal rushes, though... They crank people in & out fast so there's not much wait, and the food is noticeably fresher during the rush times.Our first time here, the attendant was extremely patient and helpful, explaining all the menu items and substitutions. When we were almost to the window, he walked out to deliver our food, as was ready before the car in front of us. He knelt down to tell us about the seasonings and hot sauces they have. Hardly ever do you get this level of customer service anymore. Fantastic food, to boot. The Whataburger next door could learn a thing or two!
