I ordered a spicy grilled chicken salad. And Waited a ridiculous amount of time while the other lane was flying by with their orders. I Got back to work to find out there wasn't any dressing. So now I have to eat dry lettuce. I called the store 20 times and no one to answer. On top of that unable to leave a message like the recording said too. Just think how many other people get back to wherever to find out things are missing from their order. And no one to answer to their unsatisfied visit. So now I leave a bad review.Thank you chick-fil-a. It was a pleasure to visit your terrible store.

This is probably the best staffed restaurant. But they're demand is so high it makes everything slow still. They are clearly trying but always miss the mark of 100%. If you order your food dining if they forget to give you a sauce it's been a while trying to get it. Then you go back to your table and you need a refill I have to get up again and good luck trying to get that.

I live near by and everytime I've gone the service has been bad. I don't feel like ranting but I've waisted plenty time and energy at this Chick-Fil-a.I used to work at a Chick-fil-A and the PM crew just needs to tighten it up.Have a nice day to whoever's reading.

Great location! Friendly and efficient. Was passing through town and needed a pit stop. Well-made lunch. Their mocha iced coffee is decent. :)

Good, better than Pflugerville. Able to eat inside although some of the seating has been closed off. They're also training new staff and need to make sure they keep up the Chik fil Afriendly attitude.

I would give zero stars if, at all that were possible. I go through the drive-thru of this location, and there's a very long line. I get to the window and I am told that my parfait is still being made and to park so they can bring my order out to me. I park facing the building. 10 minutes later no one has come out with my order (how long does it take to make a parfait?). So I go inside and ask for a refund. The incompetent manager says "oh, that's the one with the parfait." I ask him what happened to my order. He shrugs and responds "I don't know, I think we gave it to another car." (No employee ever walked outside. I was watching. The lies). He proceeds to refund my money to my card (No apology or anything). As I'm leaving I noticed he tried to refund me less than I was charged. I return and ask for the remainder of my refund. He replies "oh, she had an apple juice also." So if he knew, why didn't he give me my full refund the first time. Needless to say I left hungry and without the food I ordered. I will never, and I mean ever go to this Chick-fil-A again.

I never leave bad reviews. But anyway. I ordered food for me and my son. I get home. My food isn’t in bag. I drive way back up there and the punk manager and his franchise family played it off and laughed in my face. It’s ok bc God don’t like ugly ✌️

Stop prioritizing money over worker’s health. Why do you think it’s acceptable to leave young teenage workers outside in windy, freezing and rainy conditions during the time of year where it’s easy to get sick? Covid and the flu is rapid, that’s not okay, it’s disappointing that y’all try to capitalize on pro-life values but don’t protect kids health. Adults can stop being impatient and wait in the line if they want food; managers should be protecting these kids, if not, they should be the ones outside struggling to take orders.

Worst chick-fil-a in the area, they are very inconsistent and will sometimes make waffle fries in the morning and sometimes not, depending on who is working there.They are always out of chick fil a sauce, and they forget to give me my shake everytime I go through their drive thru so I have to wait another 40 minutes in their massive line just to correct their mistake.Management clearly incompetent and apathetic.

I ordered online 3 hours before, set the pick uo time for 9pm. Waited inline for 45 minutes. Got told at the window that it was “barely” being made. That was 9:30. Finally got food and they forgot the dipping sauce that come with the catering trays. Tried to call. Didn’t get an answer. Cant even leave a message bc the mailbox is full. ????epic fail ChickfilA at tech ridge in Austin.
