Tiffany (store manager) is the kindest, most courteous staff member I’ve ever met! She genuinely cares about how customers are doing, she takes time to ask about their days and events going on. She is very attentive to the needs of any customer eating. Me and my work team have been coming to this chick fil a for weeks now and somehow she always has the brightest smile on her face that will light up your day!

Order was wrong after fixing it twice. Food didn't seem as fresh as other locations. Person who took the order didn't offer the options you are normally offered when ordering certain sandwiches. This location just didn't have the fun/happy/exciting/pleasant vibe that you normally get from Chik-fil-A. Will not eat at this location again.

The chicken nuggets are actually nuggets!!! they've changed alot because, when Id come in the past the nuggets were so small it would make you upset looking like ... is this a joke how small they used too be. 3 little nuggets would equal a regular sized nugget. But they definitely proved they're worth spending money on. My official new favorite chick fil a :) thanks guys! Awesome job

Wish I knew his name, but the guy that’s always at the drive thru early in the mornings, usually hands me my stuff, he is so nice GENUINELY NICE. Sometimes I come around 6AM and he always has such a sweet genuine attitude! Love this early in the morning :)

This morning I decided to get Chick-fil-A for breakfast. My go to is always the mini 4 count with hash browns and a coffee. Usually my order is always primo. Yummy. This morning though is a different story. Someone there wants the universe AWAKE. I’m growing hairs in all sorts of places from today’s coffee. It’s so loaded that it’s undrinkable. But I need my caffeine jolt. I fear this may keep me awake for days! Please if the coffee gods are listening tone it down a notch. ?

Always good service when my son's and I go. The lines can be pretty log sometimes but the employees are friendly and the food is always fresh after the wait.

Chick-fil-A is well know for their delicious chicken and above that, their customer service. I’ve been treated with outstanding customer service and kindness every single time I’ve gone to Chick-fil-A except tonight. The problem with being know for having outstanding customer service is that if an employee speaks to you like an employee at Taco Bell would, then you think they’re being rude. That was basically my experience tonight. The girl that took my order was awesome. She was very nice and helpful. When I arrived at the pick up window the lady gave me a very monotone and unenthusiastic “Hello.” She didn’t say a word to me after that. No “Thank you” or “Have a good night” or anything. I would say that’s bad even for Taco Bell standards. I didn’t catch her name but this was at about 7:45ish on March 11, 2022.I also ordered a 4 piece tender and I got 2 normal sized tenders and basically 2 small ones that looked like a normal tender cut in half. I basically got 3 tenders. That’s pretty annoying.

Y'all know you love those little hate nuggs, even if you don't want to admit it. Best service of any fast food place around, the DMV should model themselves after Chick fil a.

Always good what can I say. Good location and near to my home. Kids loving the place. And always serve the hot fries.Only issue is kids play area is still restricted due to Covid - nothing can be done now.

I come here quite a bit but lately it has changed drastically. I always come in the morning and the staff used to be so friendly and my order was always right. Now the past 3-4 times I’ve gone the staff is very rude, laughing on the drive through speakers, acts like you’re a bother to them for ordering, no “you’re welcome” when you say “thank you”, forget sauces and mess up order, give you hashbrowns that have been under a lamp for a long time. This is definitely something I would expect from other FF Restaurants but NOT Chic-Fil-A. Hopefully, they will hire better employees.
