I was a huge fan of Chick-fil-a, and I used to come to this location at least twice a week. I read online that, because of teachers’ appreciation week, chick-fil-a was giving a free sandwich to teachers. I was so disappointed to know that this location was not honoring this little but meaningful gesture that teachers get during their appreciation week.
We come to this location at least once a week. Always love the excellent customer service and very welcoming staffs at this location but today our experience was very disappointing. The staffs weren’t welcoming at all the lady who took our order at the drive through barely wanted to talk to us or even walk towards to our car and when I told her thank you after giving our orders , she didn’t even respond back to me and same thing with cashier lady seemed like they just wanted to get rid of you . Our fries were all cold and mostly in small pieces and chicken sandwiches weren’t warm … ( it was 2 pm ) so I don’t understand why ?! I’m only writing this review because chick fil A always been one of our favorite fast food chains because of their outstanding customer service and amazing hot fresh meals. Please don’t change!
While the food you get here is just as delicious as it would be at any other Chick-fil-A, I consistently run into the same issues here:1. It's always crazy busy - between 11am and 8pm, I usually expect to spend about 10 minutes in the drive-through line.2. Ordering through the app, they only pay attention to changes I make to my order about 20% of the time. Asked for CFA sauce instead of honey roasted bbq? Too bad, take 2 of the BBQ sauce packets instead. Asked for no straws or napkins? How about we give you extra napkins?If there were a different Chick-fil-A option less than 5 minutes from my house I'd go there, but there isn't, so I come here several times a week, slowly building up my collection of paper napkins that I'll never use.
Not a bad stop for fast food. I prefer the chicken nuggets.
Well, they closed earlier than their posted time so I did not get my nightshift dinner as I usually do on Saturday's. I was pretty bummed. Would have been cool if they would have just said why, but they wouldn't say.
Food wasn't that great. Plus the girl taking the order didn't know what she was doing. I said I wanted 5 cookies along with my meal. She ordered 10 cookies. I didn't know how much the cookies cost so I just paid. It wasn't until I was leaving the parking lot from the drive though that I saw she ordered 10 instead of 5. The line was too long to sit in again and the inside was closed. So I just kept the 5 extra cookies. I don't recommend this Chick fila.
The chicken is prepared in such a way that you simply cannot get enough. The waffle fries are great and don't forget to ask for ketchup! The only challenge is finding the right time to avoid the line to get your order.
Chick fila, undoubtedly one of the best place for chicken burgers and chicken strips and nuggets. They are so juicy and tender.I also loved the milk shake which is yummy.But it comes with a price but must try place.
I love Chick-fil-A, some locations are better than others. Being that this is during another spike in Covid cases (Omicron), all locations are closed to indoor eating. So drive-through and curbside (pre-ordering through the app) are the only options. This puts a HUGE burden and long lines on the drive thru lanes no matter the hour!! This location is on the smallest piece of property of any location I've visited....on the busiest corner traffic wise also!!With only 2 lanes that split into 3 at the ordering stations and back down to 2, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently they kept the lines moving. Best of all, my food was piping hot, with the cheese melted on my sandwich (not cold and put on a warm fillet)!! Kudos to the staff and mgmnt running this location!!!
First time in my 34 years Chick-fil-A messed up my order. I'm pretty disappointed considering I hold them to a very high standard. perhaps if they didn't have four people standing outside the drive-thru window my order would not have been messed up thanks for ruining my dinner
