I typically use the drive thru but I wanted some downtime to enjoy my meal. First time at this location and it was really busy.I'm amazed at the logistics of the operation. Each crew member knows their roles, speed is very important but servicing the customer is even more important. The staff was patient and polite.Meals were delivered to the table behind me by this one runner by name. He pronounced a unique one, provided the meal, and then asked if he got it right (darn close) and then parted using the corrected name. I don't know if this is standard training but even I felt "served" by the attention to detail under duress.The thing that touched my heart was the missing man table. Thank you for the display and the reminder of what Memorial Day is.
I know Chic-Fil-A employees have a reputation for going above and beyond, but this is ridiculous. I’ve driven through a couple of times, service has always been fast and polite and the food’s been good. Always a pleasant experience for a rushed lunch break. I had a flat and needed to pull into their parking lot the other day, and one of their employees, Rebel, took the time to check if I needed any help. I don’t know where they’re finding these gems, but I hope they keep it up!

Our current location is under remodeling currently. So, we've been visiting the location off of Slaughter. This location is so much different than the location we normally visit. Items have been missing in our order so be sure to check it before heading out. Inside is really nice but the staff doesn't have the friendly demeanor. Never rude but not they same as what I am used too. Maybe it is this particular area of town. I will be so happy when my Ben White location is back up and running.
This Chick-fil-A is always fast and our orders are always correct. You just can't beat hot Chick-fil-A and cold lemonade! I also appreciate that the dining room is open and always clean!
I was having a great time eating my chick fli a sandwich. But, then I when I was about to take my 3 or 4th bite of the sandwich, I was aware that one spot of the side of the chicken is uncook. Like, right when I saw that I immediately just threw it away.
Really disappointed at this store. I worked here for a week and a half then left ,I had to move out of state.I got hired for $15 an hr and got paid for $7.25 an hr.After having to call multiple times about when I would get paid , I did a month later . And I find a check for $7.25 an hr . I was out in the rain fully wet in the cold taking orders. Nothing was provided for the rain no hat , no raincoat . I thought this was a good company but was proved wrong.
Everything about this restaurant is great! Food, service, employees! Highly Recommend. Everyone always has a smile on there face and are so nice. Will keep eating here!
The chicken sandwiches are really good. This place never disappoints. I get the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, but the original non spicy sanwhiches are good as well. There veggies that go in to there sandwiches always look fresh, and superior looking tomato slices. It is nice that my food is still warm by the time it gets home because of the foil pocket wrap the sanwhiches come in. I also like there chocolate chunk cookies, and brownies. The brownie is midleading. It looks old, or feels like it had been left out over night. Especially the top of the brownie feels dried out, but when you bite into it, it is moist, soft, delish. It will definitely quench that sweet tooth craving. I bet it would be even better if they melted/baked their chocolate chunk cookie on top of that brownie to make a fusion of the two, but that may be too much chocolate or calories. lol. I like how quick they are at taking our orders from the outside, and how fast we get our order. On occasion I have seen huge lines for this restaurant that have made me think about going somewhere else, but they are so fast, and efficient that you will not wait long in line at all. Some other things I enjoyed were their nuggets, and breakfast nuggets. I do wish the outside of the regular nuggets were a little more crispy on the outside. The sandwiches are fairly priced.
Hey I just wanted to give a shout out to the crew at the Southpark Meadows store. My tire went flat waiting in the drive thru this afternoon, and Austin and Seth dropped everything and ran to change my tire. I couldn’t believe the generosity of these guys. It was an amazing sight to see. They also re-did my order so I would have fresh food when I left. Above and beyond is an understatement. Chick-Fil-A, you’ve earned a customer for life. Thank you!
