Now I love me some Chick-fil-A but todays experience wasn’t pleasant. I had my lunch delivered to me ( salad and coffee) , opened my bag see that I was not given utensils or a straw. Now normally that would be okay if i was at home but I had it delivered to my job where I don’t have utensils available. Serious bummer since now I have to wait to get home to eat my salad after my shift is done. No one likes being hungry

There was a mom with a baby and small child standing on the grass with a sign. I watched what looked like the manager, some mid-life crisis looking white dude, make them move to the other side of the road to an area with no place to stand and no shade. They werent bothering anyone. Not a safe place for her maybe 2 year old to stand at all. What a sad, sorry excuse of a person. Is it because they were Hispanic? Maybe if they were white you would've brought them out some water instead. I hope you can't sleep at night, you are a terrible man.Proverbs 19:17Matthew 25:31-40

Solid drive thru. Very quick. They got a complex and large order just right. Food was hot and the drinks were cold. Friendly staff. Easy to get in and out.

I stopped by to this location since they are remodeling the one off of Ben White. Was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to get all the lunch rush hour taken care of. It wasn't a long wait, and like always the food was very good. And I always grab a frosted lemonade to cool off on a hot day.

Came here tonight to get a chicken wrap with no cheese. I have been ordering this meal at every chick fil a I have been to (in several different states) for the last several years with no problems. Here they say they won’t make it without cheese. They say it’s their store policy.

This review is for the Delivery and while it saved me time, it cost me double and the food is still freaking cold when it arrived. My fries are somehow cold AND soggy. And I live 2 miles away so it's obvious that our food sat somewhere. It's hard to swallow $60 for 4 cold value meals.But I am confident that if Chik-fil-A can optimize the drive thru experience that they can fix the delivery problem. Maybe insulated packaging for everything, not just sandwiches. Or maybe just don't offer delivery y'all.

Delivery driver backed into my car then proceeded to drive off. I had to go into the restaurant to be told i'd be emailed information about their insurance. That was over 6 hours ago. Still no form of communication from any manager 6+ hours later.Update 0 call or email from Javi. I filed a police report. This is completely unacceptable. I am a GM of a restaurant too. I realize Chick Fil A is busy but YOUR DRIVER hitting my car and then DRIVING OFF (so a hit and run) is worth spending some time fixing.Updat 2/22/22 still no insurance information, only an email from Ken Massey, the franchisee owner, who received an email containing my personal number over 6 hours ago and still as not called me to discuss his driver hitting me. Just a VERY rude email.

Have had multiple instances of items being left out of my drive through order. Blew it off previous times. Called for a refund this time. Was told they don't issue refunds. Asked to speak to a manager. Manager declined to speak to me. Was told only way to resolve was via their app or driving back up there (which is a 45 min round trip). It should be simple. I give you money for chicken. You don't give me chicken? Issue refund. They found my order and confirmed last four digits of my credit card. Still won't issue a refund for my missing items. Absurd.

I went on Friday evening for dinner. The line was quite long because there was only one person taking orders even though both lines were going. Getting the food after ordering was quick and efficient. The food was warm and the order was correct.The only thing I caution is that they ensure that there are two people taking orders during peak hours

We went in to try and dine in; there were several people inside already ,I was told no dine in was available and could not order take out; that I had to go back out and order in the drive trough,.. Well, couldn't they have had a sign on the Door at least? ,or lock the Door so customers could not get in?let's try and be professional chick fil a, you are not like other fast food restaurants, you made me decide to go somewhere else.
